They came to the house and informed us that they only clean chimneys and do not inspect them although the Big Deal clearly states inspection. We will find someone else.

Very responsive. They called me very quickly after I did a "buy" on the deal. I got an appointment very close to the day and time I requested. My appointment was scheduled between 2 and 4. Dave called about 15 minutes before he was going to get here and arrived about 3:00. He immediately identified himself, looked around to see just what he had to do, and proceeded to clean all my duct work. Very efficient. He looked at my furnace to see if it needed to be cleaned. He was very honest and said it really didn't need it at this time. He did not try to up sale me. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I will use them again.

I believe Nick is who came out to do our furnace, flue and air duct cleaning. He was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and very professional. We've had a lot of construction here, equalling A LOT of dust. He did an awesome job, you would never know we had as much dust as we did. Nick also did our chimney earlier in the year and did a fantastic job cleaning that out too. He helped make recommendations for some other jobs we need done. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a service they provide. Very well priced for the amazing service they give.

After the work was finished, he talked to me about the condition of my fireplace and chimney, gave me tips on how to maintain it, keep it clean, etc. Very knowledgeable and a straight shooter. I appreciated the work and the advice. I will definitely hire them again.

Dane, the proprietor was very professional, and was apologetic that they could not perform service on our ductwork as we have a gravity system (old octopus-style). I would amend their information on both Angie's List and their website with a statement about not performing service on gravity furnace ducting. I found out only after I purchased the $99 Angie's List deal, which I'm hopeful will be refunded immediately (I sent a request via the email link).

Everything went well. He came in, set up his dust cloth in the hearth, took out the flue & then proceeded to visually examine the interior of the chimney. Using a long-handled chimney sweep, he manually swept the chimney free of debris while a vacuum ran to collect the dust. Afterwards, he cleaned up his area and left. You have to remember to keep cash around if you pay with an Angie's List Deal, however, because they collect the sales tax in person.

Went very well. He was concerned for my cat with the loud noise the vacuum made, so he suggested I take him outside be it on a leash or in his carrier. I gather he's experienced issues with cats in his line of work because he was absolutely right. He indicated he didn't think the duct work had ever been cleaned because it looked like there were items in there from construction in 1987. All in all, I felt like I got my monies worth.

We purchased a Dryer Vent Cleaning special and received exceptional service from Nick. He was courteous, efficient, and explained everything about the dryer vent cleaning. Nick did such a great job we highly recommend Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning for anyone needing this service.

He was really nice. He didn’t spend much time here. I’m not sure how good of a job he did. He talked me into doing something else. Scheduling was nice and they were accommodating.

We got an appointment within 3 weeks. They were friendly on the phone with scheduling and showed up on time. The deal was duct cleaning for $99 and for another $99 they cleaned out our A/C and checked it out. Of course, they had to upsell a little but we didn't mind because we needed it done as well. Overall, great job and I would recommend the company.

He showed up on time, he was friendly, conversive but got right to work. I did not need to move any furniture for him, to my surprise. I did not have the vents blocked but one was behind an open backed book case and he could get at it with a wand. He cleaned up very well!

The service provider, Nick, arrived on time and first took a quick walk-through, locating both the supply vents and the return vents, then set up his equipment and began methodically working his way from the bedroom wing to the kitchen, and then to the basement. There was no need to remove the vent grills because the wand of his blower was small enough to go between the fins (or slats). He twisted the blower as he pushed it further into the ducts so it'd blow any dust clinging to the sides of the ducts. Nick has a very pleasant personality and he answered my questions as he worked. In the basement, he pointed out to me that the ducts had been cleaned sometime in the past because there were plugs in holes previously drilled in the duct-work. We hadn't asked to have the furnace cleaned because it's only four years old, but as a courtesy, Nick removed the thin layer of dust that had accumulated there. He also complimented us on the furnace filter (heppa pleated) as being much better than the flat type. The filter was full and there were large clumps of dust, some clinging to the filter, others in the container for the filter. I wanted to know how bad our ducts were compared with others, and he obligingly estimated that ours was about a "seven" on a scale of 1 to 10. We'll probably not wait another eleven years :), and we'll ask for Nick since we're very pleased with his work. We strongly recommend Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning for your furnace and/or duct-work cleaning.

Scheduled appointment via Angie's List. The company called shortly thereafter to confirm the time and location. Technician arrived a few minutes early and was ready to go on time. Very thorough description of work to be performed was provided and the technician stopped to show me problem areas and suggest solutions. Also provided good information on the types of furnace filters to use during the different seasons of the year.

Overall went great. This was my first purchase with Angie's list. I was expecting the agent to try to up sell us or try to sell us stuff, but he did not. Not only did he check everything out and made sure it was good, he also gave us some great tips on what we should be doing differently with the air exchanger, venting and with some other stuff around the furnace. He was helpful and nice. The only weird thing was he said that Angie's list did not cover the tax so we had to pay him $5 or so in cash. Not a big deal but kinda strange that Angie's list did not cover the tax. thanks again

Everything went exceptionally well. We had just moved into a house that was built in 1986 and had never had the ducts or the furnace cleaned. We were exceptionally apprehensive when it came to the furnace since it is almost 30 years old. When he cleaned it he also checked to see if it might be requiring service soon and came back and said that it seemed to be working great but with it's age recommended we get a home warranty to help cover the costs of replacing it when it does go. He did an awesome job and we would definitely hire them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

I thought the service was fair overall but I didn't appreciate the "upsell" of services once the technician came out. The special price was $99 but ended up over $300.
