I needed dryer vent cleaning, although this company had wonderful ratings, they were booked approx 3 weeks out with a long waiting list. My dryer had just been repaired with a new high limit thermostat which blew right away. The repair man said that the dryer vent may be the problem and not to use the dryer until the vent was cleaned. There is no way I can go without a dryer for 3 weeks. The person I dealt with at Twin Cities Furn. Inc. was very helpful, but had no chance of coming out until November 20thor after! Told me I would not have a problem getting a refund for coupon. Since this is my first purchase after joining, that was a relief. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Tech was on time and very professional. Gained access to the vents and showed me how dirty they were. Suggested using another product (whip) like thing to get all the dirt out. Showed me how it worked and the difference it made before I decided. It definitely made a difference. Told me the cost, extra 100 dollars. Said I did not have to do it, but the dirt that was stuck onto the sides of the vents would not come off. It was my choice. He also said if I had them cleaned every 2-3 years I would not have to use the "whip" product again. My vents have never been cleaned before. At the end of the appt he showed me all the dirt that was in them. It was pretty disgusting. Tech was great and very courteous. Would definitely use them again. He did not pressure me at all to upgrade my service, just gave me the options.

We initially purchased the $99 special to have their standard air-duct cleaning service. Ben called when he finished up his last job, to let us know he was on his way. He showed up on-time, and quickly went to work. Our house is 62 years old - and the ducts had never been cleaned - he said it was the worst he had ever seen. When I saw the horrific amount of "crud" he was pulling out, I opted for the more thorough Predictor Whip cleaning which breaks up the thick coating of "stuck-on" dust that accumulates over the years. We were very pleased with their service and professionalism, and decided to schedule a follow-up appointment to have them clean the furnace, chimney and dryer duct. Since we were the last appointment of the day, Ben offered to stay and finish up the rest of the services in the same visit.

They did a great job. I learned a lot and was very happy with the service.

Wonderful he did excellent job! Our ducts hadn't been done for awile and really need to be cleaned. Just started up our furnace and it is great to know they are clean.

They inspected and cleaned out my chimney, and added a top cover outside. The service was faster than I thought, but they did a good job and were very professional. I had never used a wood burning fireplace, so he gave me some helpful tips, too.

The service went well and I would use them again. There were no issues with scheduling. I think the price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of their work. I need to have them back out to install the plugs, but other than that it went well.

I had a very good experience with Nick at Twin Cities Furnace. In addition to chimney cleaning he inspected the chimney and provided recommendations. He noted that the chimney crown had been replaced at some point and that he observed some cracks that were not major issues at this time. He initially recommended a chimney cap and provided pricing for his company to put one on. When he discovered that the flu needed repair (the handle to open and close it was not working), he suggested getting pricing for a chimolator as an alternative to installing a cap because that would address both the flu and chimney cap issues. He gave me the specs on my chimney so that I would have the information to do my own research. The fact that he did not only give me recommendation for his company to provide further service, but also gave me other information so that I could be an informed shopper if I wanted to, helped to establish him and his company as trustworthy.

It went great, the technician explained the difference between my two fireplace/chimney configurations, made sure both were clean, and then set to work on the furnace. He also showed me how to clean my permanent furnace filters.

Seemed to do a very thorough cleaning and was very professional.
