Very prompt with scheduling. The guy who came out was very professional. Gave me my options and the prices, no hard sell at all. I opted for the more expensive cleaning because the ducts had apparently never been cleaned out (and I know for sure they hadn't been cleaned after 20 years of pets). I'll use them again.

It was suppose to be a cleaning and inspection of the furnace. He sucked up some dust after removing the panel door and that was it. I could have done that with my vaccum cleaner. Upon putting the panel back on the furnace I said, "are you going turn on the furnace at least". After turning it on he said he said "yours is quieter than most". All the other things the other companies inspected (blower motors ect.) he did nothing. Upon calling the company they refused to come out again but they gave me my money back. Never again.

We purchased an Angie's list deal to clean the vents for $99. The company that came was not very professional. The hoses they brought into the house were tangled and dirty. They dragged a machine into the basement that muddied the steps - I needed to point this out to them and they cleaned it up with my vacuum. On the way out it happened again but made such a poor attempt at cleaning that we sent them away. While they where here we needed to watch them constantly while they did the the work, otherwise it was done perfunctory. They were more interested in selling us on other services then actually performing the one that we paid for - I honestly feel that it was a waste of money.

He came on time and finished promptly. He told me what he'd done and recommended that we get the furnace cleaned every year, since we'd just had it repaired in the past. I asked him to put us on his reminder list for next fall.

It turned out well. I had two coupons redeemed at the same time and the price didn’t go much over the deal price. I bought the drier vent but we ended up not cleaning them. I don’t have the hard pipe vent so we can just replace the whole structure and hoses. It is a lot cheaper so we ended up asking him to do that. He ended up cleaning something else for the water heater so he actually told me that the drier would probably save me money not to do that but cleaning the fluid inside the water heater would be a better use of money to cost the same. He was very honest about the assessment because he could have just gone ahead and done the drier without just telling me anything. It was pretty reasonable.

Very good service and the serviceman was very professional and showed me what he was going to do as he started each job. Really appreciated the punctuality and customer service of the serviceman and when I called to schedule.

Our house is 50 years old, so I thought I'd try the duct cleaning for the first time. The ducts were filthy! He came in the house with compressed air hoses and a large vacuum hose that was attached to the duct closest to the furnace and vacuumed up what could by blown through each duct toward the furnace. After he changed the furnace filter and it had an inch of dark brown dust. The air flow throughout the whole house seems to be more evened out, no more hot upstairs. Thanks

Ben was very professional, he call with his expected arrival time which was in the window given to us. He removed his shoes and put a tarp down on the areas he was working in. Explained the work to be done and showed us the results of the initial cleaning. Due to the fact we just had drywall replacement, and this was the first cleaning in 20 years he recommended the upgrade. After the second go round with the predator whip it was apparent it was well worth the upgrade.

He was here before scheduled time. He did a very good job and was very professional polite. We are thinking of having him come back in the spring to have more work done.

The provider arrived on time, explained the procedure and offered advice on how often the duct cleaning should be done. The whole job was done professionally and made sure the work place was clean before leaving. I will have no hesitation in recommending this provider.

I appreciate the honesty of merchant. As he mentioned that my house is less than 5 years and I really don't need the service rest is up to me.

The whole experience with Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning was fabulous. I found a coupon on Living Social for an $89 chimney cleaning and inspection, so I decided to give this company a try. The service provider, Dave, called 15 minutes before arrival and came exactly on time according to the appointment I had scheduled. He was super friendly, went out of his way to answer all my clueless-homeowner questions, and made helpful suggestions about fireplace safety. He cleaned and swept the whole chimney from the flue to the cap, with lots of soot coming down, and then even swept out all the piles of ashes from the chimney box & grate. He really tidied it all up. I also had a whole mess of vines and ivy growing up the outside chimney, intertwined into the chimney cap, and I guess even growing down into the chimney. I suspected, but didn't realize what a problem this was. Dave, bless his heart, actually got up on a ladder in the rain and pulled all the vines out of the chimney cap and off the chimney so that nothing dangerous would happen with the vines and the smoke/fire from the chimney. All this he did at no extra charge, and without being asked. This was a huge help to me, a real Christmas gift, as I couldn't have done it myself and would have had to hire someone to come out and do this at significant cost. Having it suddenly done was like happy magic. Dave also told me exactly how to deal with the vine growth in the Spring to make sure the chimney and cap stay intact. I would definitely use this company again. They are pleasant, helpful, easy to work with, honest, and do good work. They really went the extra mile for me, and I couldn't be more pleased.

I purchased both the duct cleaning and furnace check and cleaning. Service person showed up on time, called when he was on his way. He explained everything before starting. I hadn't cleaned ducts in 25 years. I upgraded to rotobrush cleaning for $100. My furnace check was scheduled for a different date but the tech did that appointment too at the same time. Furnace has a part that I should watch. He showed me what was a potential problem and what to watch for. House smells great and furnace running top notch. Service Tech was polite, professional and explained everything. Nice guy!!

Used air hoses and truck mounted vacuum. Did not try to "upsell", nice guy. Finished within an hour or less. I asked about using a brush, and he said he could tell by what was coming out it wasn't necessary, that the ducts were pretty good. Did definitely get some crud out, so that was good. Would recommend, but know that the "deal" offered is not a rotary brush cleaning. Still a good value!

I received a call from the tech to say he was on his way. Once he arrived he then walked me through what he would do. He was very friendly and considerate. I had my son's cat which was upset with the noise. Although the tech had a job to do, he understood the noise bothers pets. At one point the cat got out and the tech even helped me carefully corral her so I could put her back in her carrier. I randomly watched the tech and he went to every cold/heat vent and blew them out well. Once all the ducts were blown out, he cleaned out the furnace and put in a new filter which I had available for him. He then cleaned the dryer vent. I could tell the difference first time I used it after he left. I can also tell the difference in the air from having the vents cleaned, not that musty smell I had been noticing. I would use them again.

When I asked about inspecting the chimney crown and cap. they said that they usually do everything from the inside. When I asked how they could see the top of the cap from the inside, they said that was just the way they do things. I didn't have a good comfort level after the first interaction so will be heading in another direction.

They did an excellent job. We bought a new house that had not had duct work cleaned since 1986 and we have been remodeling for a year. No more smell and dust was cut in half. Will have them back to do again as soon as our construction is done. Even with the amount of cleaning needed, they did not charge any extra.
