It turned out just fine. I had them do fireplace cleaning and some vent cleaning. The work was very good and acceptable. They my home can when they were cleaning. They were affordable and professional.

It worked out really well. It was a little more money than I thought it was going to be, but they did a nice job. When they looked at it, they said that it needed a deeper cleaning, so it was $150.00 more. Everything went well.

It had been approximately 20 years or so since it had been cleaned. I spent a little more money with them but they did a good job. They did a great job.

Couldn't have been better! Mighty impressed with this company and especially their technician Roy! Called Tuesday and booked a cancellation slot Wednesday, very next day. Person I talked to on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely sympathetic to our allergy problems. Roy called one hour before appointment time to ask if he could come about 1/2 hour early. He arrived exactly as promised! Very thorough in his work, not hurried, explained what he was doing. He discovered that our duct cleaning job one year ago had been extremely poor and showed us evidence to that affect; this required a much more time-consuming cleaning than expected, which he performed at no cost to us. Roy was friendly and respectful of us, our property, and our dog. I'd eagerly recommend this company to others!

It was fine. They had prompt service, they cleaned up after themselves, and they respected our home. They've worked on us on our schedule. They were right on time. My wife and I don't have any complaints.

It's one of those services where you can only hope they do a good job because you can't see results, excepting the dryer, which dries more quickly now. They were very professional, pleasant, and clean.

They really pushed hard for the upgraded service but were unwilling to show me on my furnace where they would be cleaning and that it did in fact need it. This left me with a bad taste in my mouth but they were otherwise clean and professional in their work.

Our technician arrived within the two hour window but called in advance to advise he would be arriving near the end of the two hour window, which was much appreciated. When he arrived, I told him that the ducts hadn't been cleaned in several years. He was very thorough and explained the entire process to me. I asked him if he would clean the dryer vent, as that was not part of the package, and he was able to add that service to us that day, as well as doing some additional duct cleaning. Those also cost extra but I was expecting additional costs due to the length of time since the prior cleaning. The entire process was under two hours and when he left, my house looked like it did before he arrived because he cleaned up entirely after himself.

Serviceman called the day of the appointment and was running ahead of schedule. He came out early, explained what he was going to be checking and cleaning and why it had to be done. Job was done efficiently. Cleaned up when complete. Would definitely use the company again.

It was a very short visit which surprised me. I have never had the chimney cleaned before so I was expecting it to be a lengthy job. The provider was very friendly. I feel terrible for forgetting his name, I think it was Todd but I can't be sure but he was very helpful in providing tips and when to get the chimney cleaned again. I would go with this provider again.

Nick and Mike arrived early as they were running ahead of schedule. They were conscientious and careful about cleaning shoes going in and out of the house. They were also careful to reposition the chimney cap and seat it securely, as we had trouble with a different provider the year before. I mentioned that my dryer was not drying as effectively and Nick asked me of I wanted them to check that vent too and he gave me the Angie's list special price for that as well. Scheduling was easy and all staff were pleasant and courteous.

Arrived on time. Efficient and friendly service. Noticed our pet and gave advice to keep him safe.

We originally scheduled just for cleaning the air ducts, because they had a special price if you had the work done in August. I had also been thinking that I should clean out the vent from the dryer to the outside, separately. When they finished cleaning out the air ducts, the guy asked said they also cleaned dryer vents and would I be interested, and I said, 'Great! One less thing to worry about.' And it was done. Fast, neat, professional. I'd use them again.

We were happy. I haven't fully investigated, but it seemed to go well.

He did some peripheral cleaning but we only paid the base service call charge. To us, not doing unnecessary work is a sign of a fair company. Our very standoffish cat even liked Dave.

Had a Goodman forced air furnace inspected before winter. Punctual. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Also, cleaned furnace with compressed air.

Did a very nice job and was very honest about the work. We asked them to look at our dryer vent and he said it was good and could go another couple years before needing cleaning.

The technician was friendly and prompt. He informed us of the options available and we decided to do the additional air-whip process since the vents had never been cleaned. He was thorough and kept our things clean.

This was the first time I have ever had a chimney cleaned, and they were the cheapest option. Given that, I think it was a deal, but I am surprised that the expected cost for a chimney cleaning runs into the several hundred dollar range given a 15 minute inspection/cleaning.

They did a great job getting pet hair and construction dust out of our duct work. Also very flexible with scheduling, which was appreciated.
