Provider called me as I had bought this service on a special last summer, and was just doing a follow-up. As it turned out I was just ready (after a construction project) to have the cleaning done. Provider came as scheduled (actually called as had cancellation and offered to come early which was fine). Explained clearly what was to be done, did the work quickly, explained what he found. Area was clean after service.

Great job- they cleaned all the junk out of our vents and were professional and thorough. Will do it again.

We purchased an Angie's List deal for furnace cleaning. The technician cleaned the furnace and discussed our static filter and how we could use regular filters which would be more effective. We had heard this before and he offered to measure the size for me. He advised to get a 20x25x5 or x4. I got the filters and they were the wrong size due to the rails for the static filters. No big deal, we bought a x4.

Came at appointed time and did a thorough job

My family and I suffered CO poisoning and luckily everyone survived. Turned out there was nothing wrong with our furnace and we had a squirrels nest in our chimney. First of all I called, called and called other providers for service. And no one wanted to get on our roof (two stories with tough pitch in the winter). When I called this company and told them what had happened they came that evening! Mike and his partner were incredible. I will never forget this company, their exceptional service and always pass a referral to my neighbors, friends and family.

The company was extremely easy to deal with, and accomodated a schedule change at my request (I did provide them with more than 24 hours notice, as they requested when I originally scheduled the first appointment slot). The gentleman that peformed the service was on time, personable and did suggest a couple of upgrades that I could do. They made sense (furnace cleaning and a full brush cleaning of the air ducts), and the price was reasonable. Upon completion, I can tell a difference in a reduction of the amount of dust in my home, so I was happy with the work done. Also, the gentleman provided me with a recommendation for when I should next have my ducts cleaned/furnace changed - and it wasn't just a year out as I'd assumed he would recommend (as all other companies had in the past). Instead, he suggested I wait 18 months, and combine it with some other maintenance to ensure I received the best price at that time. I will be using this company in the future.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He immediately removed his shoes and was pleasant. I especially appreciated how respectful he was of my time. He made conversation, but made sure not to keep me, as he understood I was working. We discussed what he would be doing and he checked in with me during the process to provide updates. He was very careful with the hoses around our walls and wood. I mentioned some concerns I had because this was the first time we had our vents cleaned since our house was built in 2013. We had a strange smell in the mudroom when we moved in so I wondered if there was an animal or debris in the vent. He checked things thoroughly and reported back to me that he did not find an animal. The process took a few hours, as it should have for someone to be thorough. Since we had him come, I have noticed I have had fewer sinus problems. Everything seems to be working like a charm and the professionalism of this technician was among the best I have ever seen from a company I have hired for work on our home. I will be hiring them again in the future.

The service was good. I was satisfied with the work, but the technician that came out indicated that there was carbon monoxide potentially leaking from the furnace and so, I had to ask somebody to come out to test for that and it turned out that that was not the case. It was fine. It would have been between two or three days to get somebody actually to come out. It was good. It was very flexible. I would not have any issues using them again. I also do not think they would necessarily stand out to me either though. The service was what I expected and just knowing that there might have been a risk with the furnace being old and carbon monoxide, it was good to know about that so I could check into it a little more thoroughly on my own. I do not think that it was a phenomenal Deal, but it was reasonable.

The duct cleaning seemed to be thoroughly done. I haven't had to replace the furnace filter since then.

The service turned out great. It was very easy scheduling the appointment for them to come out. The clean-up of the job and the timing of the whole service were perfect. He was in, did all of his stuff, and cleaned up very nicely. Then, he was gone. I did an upgrade. I would ask a friend or neighbor who are looking for the same service to go ahead and give them a call because they are very good.

They did a thorough job and I have noticed a difference in the amount of dust since then. They were on time. He was very courteous and professional. I was a little surprised I had to pay sales tax on an online Big Deal purchase.

Realized I need additional work done to the chimney than the Big Deal allows. Getting a refund on deal.

the provider showed up on the date and time. got to work right away and made sure he had carpet covered with a tarp and performed the service very quickly. the chimney was swept and the fireplace vacuumed, very simple work and did not take long at all. I was expecting a little more inspection of the interior of the chimney but for the rice I guess I cant complain. overall was good and would use again.

The service was great. The individual that performed the service thoroughly explained everything that he was doing, and was very courteous.
