Overall it was a learning experience and the service was excellent. Brian did a wonderful job with explaining what the process looks like and what we can expect in the future. My home was built in 1958 and apparently had NEVER had the ducts cleaned. We were disgusted by the junk that was pulled out of our ducts and even more disgusted by the fact that my family and I were breathing that junk for the last two years! When he finished with the air ducts, he cleaned the dryer vent and furnace. I even saw a small difference in my energy bill from what it had been the last two winters (my guess is that everything was running kind of sluggish from all of the dirt). If you're considering doing this, DON'T WAIT. From what we learned, it should be done at least every 3-4 years. My entire family has allergies to some extent and have benefitted from us doing this service. Everyone is breathing better, sleeping better, and is healthier because we breathe clean air at home :) I loved it so much I hired Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning to do a second home. Thank you and a job well done.

It went well. The technician was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I upgraded to the heavy duty brushing of the vents because they had never been cleaned and were very dirty. I then got a discounted price on cleaning my dryer vents.

They were very quick. They did leave dirt on my carpet. Other than that I was pleased with the services. They came out the following week. They didn't put down any protective layers for my carpeting.

I was upsold. Learned the 10' limit when they got here (or if it was openly advertised I missed it). So, once here, there was a $100 upgrade to do the rest of it, so they made their money with this strategy. They did a good job but I sort of felt cheated anyway because if I knew doing all the ducts was going to cost $200 it might not have been such a great deal.

It went well. There was no mess or stains left after they finished. The service was supposed to include a check of the chimney crown and cap, but with the roof covered with snow and ice it's understandable that this part of the service wasn't performed. The entire process took less than 45 minutes. The two gentlemen who provided the service were a bit late, but called ahead of time to let us know that they were delayed at a previous job. Both were friendly. professional and respectful of our home.

The company responded quickly to my purchase of the angie's list coupon by phone and message. They had availability for the next week. They came promptly when they said they would and it only took about an hour to complete the work. He walked me through the whole thing and explained every step.

I wasn’t impressed with the first crew. They should have looked up the chimney with a flashlight -- they just stuck their head up the chimney and looked. We had to call back and complain and they sent someone else back out who did a great job. The second crew was at the home for 35-40 minutes.

They did a good job. I think it was fair. I used them a second time after I purchased the "Big Deal".

It was okay. It's cheap. The furnace and everything was cleaned properly and now they tried to sell me stuffs afterwards which were a little uncomfortable.

Purchased coupon for basic air duct cleaning. Provider pointed out that our ducts were very dirty (I concurred) and I was appreciative that he showed me how bad they were. I paid an extra amount to get the ducts in order. Very pleased with their service.

The service went fine. One technician came out and completed the job in less than an hour. He was focused on the job and was great at explaining what he would have to do for the service. He had to drill some holes and walked us through why he had to do that. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves and I had no problem scheduling the deal. They came out on time and called before coming out.

went well, he showed up on time and swept the chimney. I was surprised there was no vacuum, but it turned out great. he was able to provide some insight as to the condition of the flu as well, but only based on what he could see with his eyes looking up.

I had originally scheduled service for a furnace and air duct cleaning. As this was underway, my technician showed me inside the plenum and suggested that I upgrade to a power brushing as it had been some time since the complete HVAC system had been thoroughly cleaned. There was no pressure, and I agreed to the additional service. They did a nice job and paid strict attention to making sure that no mess was left behind. I will call them next time I need this done!
