They did fine, but it cost me a lot. I was upset that I had to pay such a lot of money.

All went well. They were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. I was very pleased!

Arrived on time and the technician was very friendly. The coupon is a good deal but they will try to upsell an additional deluxe cleaning or try to convince you that you need dryer vent clean. The technician was really nice, but it wasn't great as they missed some ducts and were pushing the upsell.

It went okay. There were no extra charges than the "Big Deal" I purchased but I did an upgrade. I was satisfied with the way they did the job.

A perfect experience! He vacuumed all the ducts, advised us about the increased load on our furnace air filter, and didn't try any radical up-selling (about which I'd heard many stories online). I plan to hire them again next year!

Roy was the technician, gave me a call 30 minutes prior to the appointment so that I could leave work and let him in. Showed up right on time, explained what he was going to do and how long that it would take. After he started Roy mentioned that he would suggest cleaning the furnace in addition to the ducts (since it has been over 6 years since it was done last). He even gave me a discount on the furnace cleaning since I was an Angie's List member and he was out to do the ducts. I will be scheduling a cleaning of the fireplace chimney prior to the next burning season with Twin City Furnace Cleaning and will make sure to ask for Roy. Very impressed!

I would recommend them because they were on time. He was a very respectful guy. He seemed to be competent and knew exactly what he was doing and what he needed to do. He got it done quickly, everything you want. There were no additional charges to the $89 Big Deal cost. I think they came out about six weeks. They had me scheduled like three weeks and the guy who was going to show up actually got ill. So, they had to reschedule me, but they called right away and let me know so that we could reschedule it. They were pretty tight since in the fall, everybody wants their chimneys cleaned so they could start using them and I happen to catch them at the right time. I was very pleased that they called and were able to reschedule when they did. I definitely would use them again in the future. I have their card.
