I arrived late and they had already left. They wanted more money to reschedule the appointment. When I signed up for the special deal I wasn't told that. So just didn't reschedule.

He also took time to suggest how often we should clean duct work every three years and also replacing filters every three months.

We hired Twin Cities furnace cleaning to clean the air ducts on our almost 50 year old house. From the first contact I could tell that they were a class act. Kris was the technician that came out to our house. He arrived during the quoted window time and got right to work. He explained the service and provided excellent tips that as a first time homeowner (i.e. what type of furnace filter to use, to get a home warranty due to the age of our furnace, etc) were greatly appreciated. Our furnace is 25 years old and prior to the service I had taken some return vents off the wall and noted a significant amount of dust. I had originally ordered the Angies List deal for $99 cleaning and Kris did that service. Prior to completion he offered the predator whip service due to the HVAC system never being cleaned before. The price he offered was less than the Twin Cities furnace cleaning website as there was an Angies List deal that he said he could match. This was greatly appreciated. When we was done he brought up the furnace filter that I was using and it was so filled with dust that I had to take a picture to show my wife because she never would have believed it! We are definitely breathing much easier because of the work done by Twin Cities furnace cleaning. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else!

A few days after my dryer vents were cleaned by a Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning serviceman, I noticed that my dryer would not get hot. Thinking that there was something wrong with the dryer, I called Centerpoint Energy to service it. The Centerpoint repairman discovered a blocked dryer vent and dislodged enough lint to fill my ten-cup mixing bowl. Twin Cities Furnace did promptly send a refund after I complained but I would not use them again based on that experience.

The service technician arrived on time, was professional and clean about my options.

They did a good job but forgot to replace the cover on the furnace before they left.

12/16/14 It went very well. Nick explained what he would be doing and was very polite. Cleaned up any area that had debris. We were very pleased with the overall job.

Tech showed up early. Finished in about an hour. Was surprised when he gave me a invoice saying I had to pay the tax on the Angie's Deal but it was only $7. Could not take cash so had to write out a check. That was the only thing that bothered me since it was not disclosed when it was scheduled. Overall - good.

The technician was very polite, and he left everything in good shape, and very clean. He explained all that which he did.

I purchased a deal in December. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't call to schedule until April. I was able to get an appointment the next week. Fast, clean and friendly. Will definitely hire again.

They very phenomenal. My husband and I was very impressed. He came and did basic furnace cleaning, then he did our duct and then our dryer. He was wonderful. He was very thorough. My husband was home when he worked, he was a good communicator. I will recommend him.

Roy did a great job. He was punctual and professional. Pricing to get on roof (an extra $50) seems a little steep, but overall a job well done.
