Everything went great. Nick arrived a few minutes early and was very friendly and professional. He walked me through the process for each service he was providing to make sure I understood what he would be doing and answered all questions. He also pointed out a issue with my air ventilator that I had not noticed and simply suggested I get it repaired before the next heating season. While Nick was doing the actual work he was very conscientious about not making a mess in the house. After completion and the tech had left the house I had a question. I called the main office and he called me back within 5 minutes to answer my question. Will definitely be using Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning in the future and will recommend them to family & friends.

Fine, one weakness, they do not remove the ashes in the fireplace. Just a heads up.

The last time I had the ducts cleaned (different company, comparable price) the technician removed all of the grates and did a very careful and thorough job which took over 2 hours. The Twin Cities Furnace representative was in an out in under 40 minutes and just blew air through the grates. I guess you get what you pay for so lesson learned.

I am not sure how to write this review, because I have never had a chimney swept before. But, if the process can be performed as fast as this company did it, then it must be a very easy process. Maybe my chimney was sparkling clean already? So, I can't say anything positive or negative about the company or the value. They communicated very effectively, the person that came to my house was friendly and he didn't make a mess. My only recommendation is that you have them show you before and after what they are cleaning or why it doesn't need cleaning. Then you will be able to tell if it was a good value when they are done.

They did a great job and were very professional and did a great job explaining what they were doing. Also giving me some pointers on the system and the furnace unit itself. As a new homeowner this was great just so I feel more comfortable that we are maximizing the equipment in our new home. Will be using again and would recommend to anyone looking to get their duct work cleaned.

It was good and the communication was good with the guy that did the cleaning. Didn't try to up sell or recommend more frequent cleaning than necessary. He seemed very knowledgeable of what he was doing.

The serviceman was very friendly and helpful. He got the job done in the time he said he would. He was efficient in doing his job. He gave me tips about my system and told me when to do the service again. He cleaned up everything and didn't try to up sell me on anything.

The professional was clean and did a a nice job of explaining what we needed to do for future upkeep of the chimney as we just had bought the house. He also noticed that the roof vent did not have a cap on it, and after giving us the cost of installing one on the spot we decided it was a good investment. He quickly performed the work and did a good job. The only down side was he did throw the box in the dumpster (which was a construction debris dumpster), so we did have to remove the box and recycle it. Other than that, good work.

They couldn't do the work because of the configuration of the system, so I requested a refund.

The big deal was from Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning Inc. They did good. They came when they said they would and they did what they said they would do. They were on time and I guess you couldn't expect anything better. The price must have been okay because I don't think I would have bothered to buy it if it was too much. I sure will use them again in the future.

This company blows high pressure air down the duct work and vacuums it out at the furnace. The area where they removed the vents looked very nice so we thought they did a good job. About 6 months later we opened a wall that acted as a return air chase and the sight was almost unbearable. From the bottom of the wall up to the 2nd floor opening there was more lint and fuzz than I could imagine. From this vantage point you could look down into the return air duct in the basement and that was just as dirty. This method of duct cleaning is worthless.

Because our heating ducts were so dirty, the service man recommended a more thorough cleaning. We feel that the service was needed and was a very good job.
