We're a highly-rated local HVAC cleaning company based out of the Twin Cities, offering ​a wide array of residential HVAC cleaning services to the Metro, East-Central MN, and West-Central Wisconsin. Our technicians use powerful, state-of-the-art equipment and each have over 15 years of experience in the industry. Description of Work: It was not at all what I expected. Our vents had not been cleaned in 10 years, and there is NO difference what so ever. It was a waste of money. Joke!!!

Description of Work: They cleaned out my woodburner chimney. They came a day earlier than we had scheduled. I am confident this was their error not mine as I am quite particular about appointments. I would give them the benefit of doubt except that they had a difficult time locating my prepaid purchase in their computer system. It took several phone calls to get it straight. I also purchased a cleaning as a gift and when the receiver tried to schedule an appointment they couldn't find it. I had to be called and had to recall Angie's list and fortunately Angie's list took it back to them. The people were nice to work with and the service was fine. But they made excuses about the inability to find us in the computer and their excuses didn't match what they told Angie's list. I will have them out again but do hope they get their scheduling fixed. That was a definite dissatisfier.
