Description of Work: I purchased the deal for dryer vent cleaning. Communication from the moment of purchase was great. The technician arrived on time, with a call the day before to confirm and a call a half hour prior to arrival to let me know he was on the way. He was very courteous and represented his company well. He made a suggestion to help keep the vent cover "secure" from birds seeking to nest and even showed me a product that he says he personally uses. Will definitely ask them to come out again for other vent work.

Description of Work: Response was fast and professional. I wanted upgrades to my service, and they were reasonably priced. Due to some complications in the build of our home TC Furnace was not able to access the main vent near the furnace, so the vacuum was attached at the opposite end, which resulted in pulling fibers into the a-coil. I was initially very happy with my service but a malfunctioning HVAC a month later revealed the carpet fibers in the a-coil. TC Furnace acknowledged their break from normal protocol that caused my HVAC failure and paid my repair bill. I believe normal circumstances and a properly built HVAC system would have resulted in a beautiful job well done with no problems, so I hold no grudges, nor do I believe they provided a bad service. I was disappointed in that when I requested my repair bill be paid, I received a voicemail stating they believe they are not at fault before I even had a chance to describe what happened in the first place. After I sent some pictures and described the process used at my home, they acknowledged fault.
