Description of Work: Chimney sweep, look at smoke shelf, remove debris from chimney. |Dave suggested to get caps on the chimney and quoted a price to be done in the spring when roof is accessible. Also suggested looking at the tuck pointing to see if repair is needed. Dave was professional as well as personal when discussing his findings. We will call him back this spring to do the caps.

Description of Work: Came to clean/tune-up furnace/boiler. Worker said needed new part and they'd be in touch. We had no heat but they didn't get anyone there to follow-up and we were without heat for about 24 hours because they then said they had no one to fix it. We called the company that had installed the boiler almost 30 years ago and they fixed it in about 20 minutes -- real pros. But they came in the evening so it cost another $220. A cold, disappointing, and costly experience but we learned a lesson.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for dryer vent cleaning. Communication from the moment of purchase was great. The technician arrived on time, with a call the day before to confirm and a call a half hour prior to arrival to let me know he was on the way. He was very courteous and represented his company well. He made a suggestion to help keep the vent cover "secure" from birds seeking to nest and even showed me a product that he says he personally uses. Will definitely ask them to come out again for other vent work.
