Description of Work: We paid the deposit to Angies List. A man with Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning showed up last fall to inspect and said they would send us an estimate on some chimney repair & chimney cleaning. The man with TCFC told us they would follow up with a written estimate - we have NOT heard from them since.

Description of Work: We had our fireplace cleaned and inspected by Twin Cities Furnace. They were able to schedule the appointment for a Saturday morning, which was nice because I didn't have to take off of work. Ben, the service tech, was punctual and personable and he explained each step in the process.

Description of Work: They showed up precisely on time as scheduled. The tech was attentive and listened to my concerns and gave me advice on what to do. They did a great job cleaning the chimneys and held to their price, even though I had 2 chimneys. After he found some cracks in the chimney and gave me advise on how to treat them. He did such a great job I ended up buying him lunch. This company is great, in a world of seemingly mediocre service, they REALLY shined!

Description of Work: They said we have a frion leak. And filled the frion but after they were gone we saw they charged us for several pounds of frion beyond what our system can hold. So either they over charger or over filed. They said it might leak out again if it's a large leak but they did not mention that if leaks out again the whole unit will probably die. After there repair the unit ran for a week and totaly died, causing a $4k replacement being needed.
