Description of Work: In addition to the furnace cleaning, I requested service on my gas fireplace for an addition cost. They sent someone that had no experience or knowledge of gas fireplaces. I didn't end up paying for it, but would have to pay another trip fee for someone else to service my fireplace - and I would have to take additional time off work.

Description of Work: I don't understand the phrasing of the above question. Services were performed AND money was paid to the provider, most from Angie's list, and a little (around $5) from me - for tax. |"Nick" did a great job (cleaning my dryer vent) - very prompt, thorough and professional.
