Description of Work: I had a great experience with Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning and highly recommend their company. I would especially recommend Roy, who was extremely professional, honest, fair, and took great steps to do his job thoroughly and respectfully. We had only planned to do a "basic" cleaning, but ended up doing the full cleaning (which was much, much more expensive) when we realized that our air ducts in our 110 year old house had never been cleaned (from what we could tell). Roy recognized that this was costly and required careful consideration, and he wasn't in the least pushy. He showed me the air ducts in our home, and explained the difference in services and why the full cleaning was going to give us the results we wanted. While it was painful to spend so much on this internal system that we never see, I feel better knowing that our system is working more efficiently and is cleaner.

Description of Work: Overall they did a great job. The ducts had never been cleaned in my 1964 home. When they called to schedule the appointment they did say to have a spare furnace filter on hand. Well, mine are $100 and had just been replaced 3 months prior. The guy who did the work did see it was new and said he blew it out with a compressor, but it wasn't enough. So, in the end, I probably should have had this done in the Fall before I had my furnace tuned up as I ended up spending an additional $200 in furnace service bills for another new filter and charges to have the ignitor cleaned off, etc. Just something to think about if you have a newer furnace with expensive filters.
