Description of Work: Do not expect to pay only the "deal" listed on Angie's List. I asked for a general cleaning of the ducts for $89 since I am selling the home. The person doing the work said that the basic cleaning would not be enough because it hadn't been cleaned in years. I asked to upgrade to the 2nd level for $199 but that still was not enough. The only cleaning he would do was the $389 or he would leave. Claimed that it would make his company look bad if they only did a job halfway. While I understand his point, TC Furnace should honor the customer's request. The fact that I was selling the home soon put me in a tight spot so I agreed to the cleaning. In hindsight I would have kicked him out and hired someone else.

Description of Work: Cleaned out duct work, and dryer vent. | |The guy who came to clean was very professional and super friendly. He gave straight forward answers and felt like he wasn't trying to pull one over on us to buy more services. He was fast and efficient.
