Very prompt and courteous. We did have to pay tax on the Big Deal, and that was no big deal, but good to know to have some cash on hand or the check book. No mess was made and we feel better that we can burn wood safely this winter.

And Called a few days ahead to confirm appointment and timing. Made suggestions for other services that may be performed or inspected at the visit. Called ahead of time to confirm arrival time. Very prompt, maintained cleanliness of my home. I had purchased the "Angieslist" special $100.00 for cleaning and inspection of the chimney. At the end of the visit he stated to my sister (I was away at work) that he needed to collect tax for the purchase. No problem for me to pay sales tax. I wish it had been mentioned prior to the visit, I could have prepared the funds for his visit. I was left a purchase receipt (noting the deal) on it receipt were two items $89.95 for the visit and $8.60 sales tax. Not sure what the tax rate is in Anoka county for services like this, but confident is not this high. And if the tax is based on the $100.00 price $8.60 still seems high, so I am left with a receipt for $89.95 plus $8.60 tax totaling $98.55 yet my sister and I have paid $108.60.

There were some scheduling complications that day, but Jim made it all work out. Straightforward job with some helpful tips on preventing smoke from coming in from fireplace.

Service provider was prompt and courteous. Made me confident that our wood burning fireplace was in good working order and we could use it this fall. Would definitely use them again.

Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning is fabulous! Within minutes of purchasing the Angie's List deal that they offered ($89 Chimney Cleaning) they contacted me on Angie's List to set up the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the technician called me to let me know that he was stuck in traffic on his way to my house - it was such a thoughtful thing to do! He was still on time despite the traffic but holy cows, that is some fantastic customer service! He was really friendly and chatty while he did the work, which I love. If someone is going to hang out in your house for a while, even if they are working, it's always better if they are friendly and fun. He did a great job cleaning the chimney and told me some ways to enhance the fireplace (fire proof black paint, acid something cleaning to remove burned on creosote) and verified that there were no cracks or anything in the chimney (which I was curious about because we only just purchased this house and haven't yet used the fireplace). Then he cleaned everything up completely and went on to his next appointment. Perfect! I can't recommend Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning highly enough. They are professional, friendly and do a great job!

I purchased this service as a "Big Deal". I was told I would be connected within t the next 48 hours and I was. We scheduled a convenient appointment with a two hour arrival window. The technician arrived within the window and was courteous, informative, and efficient. I will use this company again in the future.

The service was fantastic, professionally done and on time. The service manager kept me updated on the process and was very clean in the completion of the work.

It was a good experience. They were very good. Everything about them was excellent. What stood out to me about them was their timeliness in doing the project and their cleanliness.

The service provider was good about scheduling and giving me a call ahead of time before arrival as I needed to meet him at the property. He was professional, fast and courteous. He honored the price he quoted me over the phone and my Angie's list coupon over and above that. I was able to make a credit card payment over the phone and he promptly mailed me my receipt which arrived the next day.

The man who came out was very nice and quite friendly. Showed genuine concern and he himself was professional. Arrived on time. Price was good for doing both ducts and chimney. No problems in those areas. My main concern has to do with the equipment used and how clean the ducts really are. To suck the junk out of the ducts, what was used seemed less than professional quality. A large Craftsman dry/wet vac was hooked up to where the furnace filter normally goes and then rags piled around the hose to create a "seal". Well obviously that's not much of a seal number one. Number two, what was used to filter the air coming out of the vacuum was what appeared to be nothing more than a very large cotton bag. I could see dust coming out the bag as he worked. One would think there should be a HEPA filter on the thing so the dust is not going from the ducts into the house! After he left, I did a bit more looking at competitors and many services utilize a industrial vacuum in their truck so nothing gets left in the house. Next time I will look for that. Lastly, the man warned me that the furnace filter would be quite dirty after it ran for awhile. Huh? I thought that was what he was taking out? That means the air flow he was creating was not as strong as that created by the furnace...which I suppose should be no surprise. Sure enough, I looked at the filter several days after he left and it was quite dirty including chunks of lint/dust and a piece of sheet rock tape. The 4" filters I use are about $25 a piece and I had just replaced it. Wish I had known. I am sure the ducts are cleaner....but are they truly clean? Who knows. Enough said.

It was easier than I thought. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I didn't feel like he was trying to up sell me, but just informing me of the costs if I wanted to get additional work done. This was the first time getting my air ducts cleaned out and I plan on using this company when I get it done in another couple years.

Jim contacted me to let me know when he would be arriving. He assessed the need for furnace, fireplace and air ducting. He recommended using a more powerful vacuum for air ducting. I've elected to wait on that service for now. Becauce my furnace was new, he did not need to do a full cleaning. He did however clean the furnace providing exceptional service and care to my home. I appreciate his work and will call on them again.

I won't use Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning, Inc. I regret using their service. I rescheduled twice, then they took time to finally come and then they kind of mixed-up the schedule a few times. On the day that they were supposed to come they cancelled it twice. Then the person came in, the machine to clean-up the docking and stuff is like a home-made equipment so I don't think I will recommend anyone to use that service.

I think Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning should have given me my money back but instead the owner just got snotty with me.

It was very good. They were much better than the other duct people I had out. I very pleased with them.
