The service was awesome. It was our first time using them. I would recommend him. He was very friendly, very concise, to the point and did his thing. He was in and out. He educated us as how to keep it clean and prevent build up. He was very knowledgeable.

Dane is a great guy. He did a great job - left ZERO mess behind, and was happy to answer all of our questions. I would recommend him to anyone. Next time I need something done with my furnace or vents or whatever, I'll be calling Stafford.

Jim called and let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He cleaned our chimney from the ground up as we have a cap. He was fast, professional, neat, and friendly. He reviewed the fireplace and chimney's condition with me and provided advice for its use. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The person who came out was also nice and personable, which was great because you don't really know what kind of person you're going to get walk into your home when you have to get your chimney to get cleaned. Twin Cities Furnace cleaning worked with our schedules to ensure that the job was completed in a timely manner. They showed up on time an completed the project. He provided additional insight into how often we should get the services done and made sure that we got everything up to date.

Cleaned two fireplace chimneys. The were on time, professional, and explained what was being done. There was a fine layer of silt on furniture close to one fireplace that did not get cleaned up. Otherwise, everything met or exceeded expectations

Service went quite well. It was in good condition but did not appear to have been cleaned recently. He was in and finished up again within the scheduled window. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

The technicians called right on time and came over, he checked out the chimney and cleaned it very quickly and we were both on our way for the day. He also informed us of how often to clean it and what to look for, as well as what can and cannot be burned in the fireplace. I will be using them in the future for sure.

I truly appreciated that the provider called to inform me that they were running a bit late. They did a great job cleaning out the chimney but he only put down a thin sheet to protect the carpet from the soot and he forgot to take his shoes off before walking across the beige carpet.

Purchased fireplace inspect and clean through a groupon. Added dryer vent cleaning for a reduced rate. Service was prompt, thorough and professionally done. I received good tips and advice for maintenance between visits. I would definitely use again!

Provider contacted us to schedule the service within a day after our order. Very professional and friendly. On the day of service they gave us a heads-up phone call when they were 15 minutes out, and they arrived exactly at the 11am scheduled time. Did the work quickly and without making a mess. Super easy transaction. Thank you.

Jim did a fantastic job! He told us that we don't need to get a cleaning every year unless we're burning more than a cord of wood per year. Also, I purchased this deal on one day and two days later, a new deal came out on Angie's list that was about 15 dollars cheaper. I talked to the guy who setup the appointment and he came down $7 which I felt was a great compromise.

It went well. While not a big job, the communication was timely, the staff person showed up on time and was in and out as promised.

I purchased this service on 9/29/13. After a few weeks of phone tag, we established a service time of 10 am on 11/1 and I took the morning off work to be here. It is now almost noon. This provider did not show up, did not call, and did not respond to a 10:30 call from me asking what was up. I am in the process of trying to figure out how to get my money back. I am not likely to use a prepaid service offer again.

In our new (to us) house since January last year and hadn't attempted a fire, yet, so I scheduled a chimney sweep. On the service date, technician (Jim) phoned to inform me that he was running 1 1/2 hours behind, and that we'd have to reschedule. He was very apologetic and offered to clean our vents for free as recompense at the rescheduled appt. I rescheduled and Nick was now assigned to me (to work within a reasonable turnaround, as Jim was booked for the next couple weeks straight). Nick came out to do the sweep and let me know we'd had nesting material in there, and that our chimney and two exhaust pipes were not capped. He suggested we cap them, and we agreed (boy, mfrs get you on the price of those caps - $310 for three). When he returned with parts a few days later, he installed them, and he and his co-worker, Eric, cleaned and scrubbed our vents. Apparently, this had NEVER been done (house was built in 1951). You should've seen what they removed - wow - it should've been featured on The Discovery Channel. Even with the scheduling snafu, everyone I dealt with was on top of things and very personable. I'll use them again when the time comes.

I think Jim did the work. He arrived promptly, was careful to keep the work area clean, was courteous and quick. He rescheduled once as he and the owner both told me that the fireplace would be cleaned better on a dry day rather than the originally scheduled day which was rainy.

The provider did not show up for the originally scheduled cleaning. I had to call and ask why the provider was late. I heard from their contractor, who complained about being over scheduled. A simple phone call and follow up is all I ask for. I know that circumstances can change,but all you need to do is keep me informed. When the work was done, it was performed competently. The provider showed up on time for the second appointment.

Went very well. Worker was pleasant and Minnesota nice! He did the work efficiently and gave me some good advice about cleaning my boilers. No sales pitch, just helpful tips.

Jim arrived promptly and took care when entering and leaving the home. He turned off the furnace, carefully blew all the main level supply and return ducts down, went to the basement to do the same for that level, drilled holes where necessary in the duct work, used the air whip to send all the dust and debris to the vacuum container, cleaned the furnace, re-plugged the holes, showed me the dust and debris in the dust bag (hard to see in there) and the large plastic garbage can, and turned the furnace back on to make sure everything worked okay. He also let me know that for one furnace cycle (about 5 minutes) it would smell like something was burning until it cleared out. The smell dissipated quickly. The job was thoroughly completed and our home was left in good shape. We had just undergone a remodel on our main level and wanted to clean out debris and dust as well as pet hair from 2 cats and a dog. (I was surprised there wasn't more debris/dust in the plastic garbage can, but perhaps it was in the dust bag that was hard to see in.) Jim was very professional and job was well done.
