It went great. It was cold and dark, but the job was completed and the dryer is working great. My filter on the dryer was packed after each use of the dryer because it had not place to go. It is nice to have it done and working great. Thank you.

They were very prompt, calling and telling me when they were on the way. Very professional, didn't leave a mess and helped us novice fireplace owners with tips about using our fireplace once the chimney was clean! They even helped my husband free the sticking damper with no additional charge.

Although he didn't do any work, he was friendly and called to let us know he was running a little late. He was honest and didn't push stuff that didn't need to be done.

I had just moved into the house and did not want to use the fireplace until I knew it was safe. They did have to replace the cap on the top of the chimney. Very professional and good quality service!

James did a great job! There was some miscommunication with the office as to the amount of manpower/time returned to sweep the chimney. We quickly rescheduled and had boots on the ground to finish the job. The service was super quick and thorough even though our chimney had not been cleaned by the home's previous owner, probably two or more years and more than a cord of wood. It looks great and I know a ton more about our chimney. We've got a touch more work to do, but the inspection was just what we needed to give us an idea about what our next steps should be.

They called to schedule promptly. On service day I had a call and they even came a little early. As an additional service I had a missing chimney cap placed on my furnace flue. They had to order the part and were out to install within 1-2 weeks exactly as promised.

Cleaned and inspected chimney. Didn't make much mess, cleaned up what little there was. Was friendly and professional.

Added a UV filter to my HVAC system.

The people from TCFC were prompt and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were done in no time.

Jim was very professional and understanding considering that I was a few minutes late to the appointment. When he began to clean he was very good at describing what he was doing and the condition of the chimney. He was very thorough with the cleaning and gave me some pointers on type of wood to burn to get the most from the fireplace. We will be using their services again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. They did a great job. They were very thorough. They worked around our schedule and some other work we were having done in the house. I didn't spend any additional.

Chimney cleaning. Very good job. The only trouble I had was contacting them. On the day of the appointment, we had a personal emergency and could not get ahold of anyone. Otherwise they are great!

Nick arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment (he called first to see if that was ok with me) and when he arrived, he got straight to work. I was very happy with his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to answer all of my questions during his visit. He gave me advice about my HVAC unit and when he opened the unit to give me cleaning tips, he noticed that my filtering system was not up to par. Nick offered to clean up the unit and he also performed other maintenance tasks to the unit. Overall, I was very happy with the entire experience and I will be calling TCFC in the future for any other maintenance jobs.

The technician arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. He used a drop cloth on the floor to protect my carpeting and cleaned up the area afterwards. I also had him check the dryer vent from the roof (my dryer was taking 2-3 cycles to dry a load) and found a screen placed on the pipe was collecting lint and clogging it up. He removed the screen and build-up, explaining that screens are often used but unnecessary. I would use their services again in the future.

The company missed the first scheduled appointment due to weather or traffic. The second appointment scheduled was kept, but they were not prepared to deal with my type of chimney.

Twin Cities Furnace performed a chimney sweep for me this fall. The gentleman who performed the job was very polite, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. The work was outstanding and he was very clean. I would definitely recommend the company.

It turned out really well. It had been a year since I'd had the dryer vent cleaning so it was nice to have them offer to do it. There was excellent communication. They contacted me either the same afternoon that I purchased or the next day, so I was very impressed with that. They let me know about some of their other services that would be helpful to me in getting ready for winter. The gentleman was very clean and professional. Naturally, I needed to be home because they needed access to the inside of my house. I live alone and I felt perfectly fine having him around my house. He arrived on time, which is always wonderful. My dryer works great. I haven't used my chimney yet but that also looks good based on what I can see by shining a flashlight up there. He did let me know about one of the boiler stacks in my roof that does need to be capped. He offered to give me a quote for that when the weather gets nicer. It was nice to hear about the additional work that needs to be done. I've had other bids for chimney sweeping and this was definitely a deal.

On time and did a thorough job. Service man was very easy to work with and very cordial.

Nick cleaned one chimney for me. He was on time, enthusiastic and pleasant. When he finished the job everything was clean. There was no sign that he had been there. I have a "mature" home and was happy to hear from him that he noticed no cement or brick pieces coming out of the chimney.The chimney was in good condition. I would work with Twin Cities Furnace again and also recommend them to others
