Melco did a very professional remodle of our basement in the time frame that was quoted and we will use them again for future remodelings.

We had an excellent experience with this team of great professionals, who take pride in their work. Our basement, which they have finished, turned out ten times better then we could ever imagine. They were honest, punctual, and very reliable. We will recommend them to anyone as well as use them again for other projects.

As far as price is concerned, Slav is pretty reasonable. The thing is, when the invoice is submitted, he'll charge you a lot for some items that maybe should not be that much, but less for others that should be more, so it evens out. Slav's crew is very good for larger jobs but bad for smaller jobs. If you have a skilled handyman, you'd be better off hiring someone on an hourly basis (exampke, replacing a door). But, in light of how bad other contractors are, considering how hard it is to get some to call you back and answer your questions, Slav is great. You always know where you stand when you work with Slav. And the best thing is, Slav will do what it takes to make you happy with the job. There were times when his crew made mistakes based on the plans and some things were missed. But they admitted their mistakes and correctly them promptly and without agrument. I'll hire Slsv again for many projects we will have.

I did not hire the company, but their respone is fast, and professional. Estimated cost seems right but did not want to match my lower bid from somebody else. Will consider them in future projects.

Slav added a thrid stall and took off our roof and added a huge master suite with a walk in closet and a bathroom. This was a very hard project with getting good roof lines and getting all the piping and heating to this area. Everyone who worked for slav (and Slav Himself ) are very nice people and very hard workers. They Did an excellent job and I highly reccomend them. I will be using them for all my future projects. Even when project was finished and we found a few minor issues slav returned our call right away and was out the next day.I can't even express in words How Happy me and my wife are with this project. Slav and his team were excellent to work with everyday. It was evident to me, from the start, that my happiness was one of his top priorities. He demonstrated that by being in constant communication, asked fantastic questions, found creative solutions. delivered fantastic craftsmanship all within budget. My home and dogs were safe in his care while I was at work. Slav and team completed an extensive remodel of my second level master suite. They gutted the entire bedroom space, built a dormer and master bath, customer cabinets, oak floors/stairs, extensive trim details and painted and stained the entire space. I proudly recommend him

I've had them do at least 80% of the house renovations. This included landscaping, siding, wood fencing, exterior painting, demolition, framing, plumbing (kitchen and bathroom), drywall, mudding, taping, interior painting, tile and linoleum flooring. They have never ceased to impress me with quality, flexibility, honesty, integrity and work ethic. They arrive early, leave late and take few breaks. Each of them have excellent ideas and aren�t afraid to share them. They even cleaned up a couple of my mistakes without a hint of complaint. I highly recommend them - but only if I haven�t already hired them for my next project!
