Slav and his guys were fantastic! Extremely competitive bid, high quality work and on-time completion. From the beginning Slav was an absolute pleasure to work with. As someone else mentioned, there were no "surprise" costs. Like any job, there were unexpected changes (i.e. things that had to happen to meet code, moving a duct, etc.), but Slav always discussed with us why things had to happen, what our options were and was always open for our input. I would definitely recommend Melco Remodeling to anyone and will be using them for any possible future work.

Initial plan had to be re-worked to meet codes, and Slav did an excellent job. The estimated finish time was accurate, there were no "surprise" costs, every small problem was solved quickly, workers were professional and courteous, completed job was just fantastic. I would recommend Melco to anyone looking for a fair and reliable remodel contractor.

Melco was great all the way around with my hallbath remodel. We had a lot of communication prior to the project, and I always received prompt responses to my email / questions. They were on time, very courteous, they were careful of the area surrounding the project, and removed./cleaned everything when they were finished. They did a high quality job at a fair price and I will definately hire them again on my next project.

Slav was wonderful to work with. He was attentive to my ideas and concerns and also able to provide guidance when needed. Slav exhibited professional behavior at all times and has acquired a work crew who were respectful of my property and are genuinely nice people. The most impressive thing about Slav is that he is an innovative proplem solver; one potentially big problem came up in the course of my project, he tried something he had never done before and it turned out beautifully. I would not hesitate to hire him for future projects.

The project went so smoothly thanks to the hard work and professional team doing the basement remodel. Our project manager kept us informed, work crews were always on time, never a minute wasted. We are very happy with the end result and will tell all our friends about this company. First rate , I wish I could give them 10 stars. They do beautiful work, much attention to detail.

Slav was the first to respond to our request for a contracter, came out the same day and had an estimate to us in a just a few days. The other contracters took up to 2 weeks to get back to us. That response continued throughout the project The quality of the work was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this contracter.

Helpful, efficent, quality work.

Slav was very easy to work with and responded with any concerns immediately. The work was finished 2 weeks earlier then estimated. The quality of the work was superb but the one reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because I had a support beam put in and the subcontractor didn't make it completely flush with the ceiling in certain spots when doing the mudding - but is still looks fine. I was very happy with this service and will call them back again for more work next year.

we can't tell you how pleased we were with our renovation. Slav is a very capable professional who really takes time to listen to what you need and can provide creative solutions to meet your budget. He provided a design for our basement that was well within our budget and a fraction of the time other contractors said it would take. In fact, he finished the project in 2 weeks (2 weeks early). We ended up using him for 2 other projects (carpeting and repairing our subfloor and a bathroom remodel), all finished within a week and a half. My only reservation was the amount of dust that was left over after the remodel but that is just being picky.

The work was professionally done and my family is happy with the product. There were a few times of miscommunication but then whenever clarification was made it was accepted. the job was completed earlier than expected and the cost did not stray far from the estimate. Good job done well

This company from start to finished did what was expected. they did it clean and neat, when they were done it was though they were not there. the new bed room turned out beautiful. they finished on time. I would recomend them to any one. Our next project will be the bathroom this fall and Melco will do the job..

Melco did a two-story addition for us, installed a bay window, plus replaced all our existing windows and installed james-hardie siding. The project turned out very well. The crew were very hard working and put in long days. They were a good value compared to other companies that bid on our project. The project was completed on time and on budget.
