Perfect Job. Did what was agreed to and cleaned up after themselves!

Appeared good at first although there were some gaps between the edge of the sod and the edge that was cut out from the lawn. I questioned these and was told the gaps would fill in. After about 3 weeks I called and was told to wait a few weeks as he sill thought the gaps would fill in. After a few more weeks they were not filling in and one that had filled in somewhat had a trench between the sod and the edge that was cut out from the lawn. He said he would come out with some dirt and seed and fill them in which he did. I watered daily and the grass started coming up but was spotty with about 90% of the area bare. Getting tired of this, I bought some topsoil and seeded it myself. It is now filling in adequately.

Project completed on time and on budget. Looks great !

Worker showed up two hours late after I called as to where they were. She worked 1 1/2 hours and left. Plus did a poor job cleaning.

The crew arrived on time and did a great job. The removal of all of the trimming and other materials was excellent.

Excellent job! The fall clean up was alright, but not fantastic. When I talked to Jose about it (after he had left a voicemail saying the same thing- he wasn't thrilled with the way it looked) he offered two yard cuttings in the spring to make up for it. It took some back and forth emails to get those days scheduled, but once they were- the yard looked wonderful. Thourough job done on cutting and trimming- much attention to detail. Friendly workers who obviously take great pride in their work. Would use again in a heartbeat!

Jesus Rojas called this morning to let me know they were on their way. He arrived with Elliot and Matt and asked what I needed done. I showed them and they promptly went to work. The extra trimming in the front was an added bonus for me! They were very polite and respectful. I would hire them again. Thanks for a great job!

I had previously gone with Rojas Landscaping for a "Beg Deal" and was so pleased with the work they did that I asked  them to come back for a few other projects.  I was equally pleased with the results of the work they did this time.  Jose and his assistant worked on my projects and on projects for my next door neighbor during the same time frame..  The jobs required about 4 days.  Bad weather interfered on a couple of days but every moment that work could be done, Jose and his assistant were doing it.  When they were unable to come, Jose called to let me know and to assure me that he would be there the next day - and he always was.  They worked extremely hard all day long every day without a break.  Throughout the time Jose was here, I added on a couple of jobs which he graciously accommodated.  He even did some little extras without being asked and just because he thought they needed to be done.  He even took time to remove the roots of a tree belonging to the neighbor across the street who just happened to see him working in my yard.  Jose was honest with his recommendations but was willing to go with what I wanted.  I have been so pleased with Jose's responsiveness, his wonderful work ethic and efficiency, the quality of his work and his prices that I will definitely use him again for other projects.

Jose was very responsive and appears to be very knowledgable about lawn/yard care. His pricing was a bit high, however we felt his business was professional and we would be happy with his services. We will also have him do some special yard projects for us.

Overall, did a great job and performed exactly what was agreed upon.  I would use them again.
