Perfect Job. Did what was agreed to and cleaned up after themselves!

Appeared good at first although there were some gaps between the edge of the sod and the edge that was cut out from the lawn. I questioned these and was told the gaps would fill in. After about 3 weeks I called and was told to wait a few weeks as he sill thought the gaps would fill in. After a few more weeks they were not filling in and one that had filled in somewhat had a trench between the sod and the edge that was cut out from the lawn. He said he would come out with some dirt and seed and fill them in which he did. I watered daily and the grass started coming up but was spotty with about 90% of the area bare. Getting tired of this, I bought some topsoil and seeded it myself. It is now filling in adequately.

Project completed on time and on budget. Looks great !

Worker showed up two hours late after I called as to where they were. She worked 1 1/2 hours and left. Plus did a poor job cleaning.

Jose and his workers were polite, hard working and professional. We were pleased with the results.

The crew arrived on time and did a great job. The removal of all of the trimming and other materials was excellent.

Excellent job! The fall clean up was alright, but not fantastic. When I talked to Jose about it (after he had left a voicemail saying the same thing- he wasn't thrilled with the way it looked) he offered two yard cuttings in the spring to make up for it. It took some back and forth emails to get those days scheduled, but once they were- the yard looked wonderful. Thourough job done on cutting and trimming- much attention to detail. Friendly workers who obviously take great pride in their work. Would use again in a heartbeat!

I purchased the Angie's Big Deal on May 9. Gotta give them credit that they did call me in a couple of days - but I was not home and my husband told him to call me back the next night. After two weeks, I finally contacted them through Angie's List and got a call back from them on May 18. This phone conversation was very unprofessional - all he did is tell me how he was way in over his head with the Big Deal. I had originally wanted the work done by May 23rd, but after his sob story I told him I could wait a little bit longer. I told him "just don't forget me". Well, clearly I was forgotten. I called them the beginning of July - he said he would get someone out here. Nothing. Sent him an email through their web site and got another call - begged me to let him do the work and not ask for a refund. He said he would be here on July 10 for sure. On July 9th he called and asked me when he was supposed to be here. When I told him, he asked if he could do it on July 11 - and once again I told him what I needed done. After waiting all morning and into the afternoon, a guy pulls up at 2:00 pulling lawn mowers. He was sent there to mow my lawn! I told him what I actually wanted done and I could tell he was NOT the guy to do what I needed. I told him I just want my money refunded to me - that was a week ago and have not heard from him. I've now sent him a second email through their web site. I guess I will have to wait and see.

We contacted them via Angie's list. They left us a message. We called them back. One person answered, took our information, said they could do the job, and asked that the information also be texted to them, which we did. We called back to confirm and spoke to the other brother. He also confirmed that we were good to go; they would cut our lawn twice while we were on vacation and trim two bushes. We returned from vacation to grass 5-6 inches long and bushes grown out of control. We attempted to contact them via both phone and text on July 12, but we had no reply as of 10:15 am July 13. We know they had not mowed at all because no bill was left on our porch, and our fertilizer service had left deep tracks in the long grass from their work on Friday, July 10. Because it was going to rain, we had to go out and mow, ourselves, on July 12, in 90 degree heat and high humidity. Because the grass had been allowed to grow so long, we had to bag it, which made the job take an extra hour and a half with both of us working. We are seniors, and this is very exhausting for us. What a disaster!

Jesus Rojas called this morning to let me know they were on their way. He arrived with Elliot and Matt and asked what I needed done. I showed them and they promptly went to work. The extra trimming in the front was an added bonus for me! They were very polite and respectful. I would hire them again. Thanks for a great job!

I had previously gone with Rojas Landscaping for a "Beg Deal" and was so pleased with the work they did that I asked them to come back for a few other projects. I was equally pleased with the results of the work they did this time. Jose and his assistant worked on my projects and on projects for my next door neighbor during the same time frame.. The jobs required about 4 days. Bad weather interfered on a couple of days but every moment that work could be done, Jose and his assistant were doing it. When they were unable to come, Jose called to let me know and to assure me that he would be there the next day - and he always was. They worked extremely hard all day long every day without a break. Throughout the time Jose was here, I added on a couple of jobs which he graciously accommodated. He even did some little extras without being asked and just because he thought they needed to be done. He even took time to remove the roots of a tree belonging to the neighbor across the street who just happened to see him working in my yard. Jose was honest with his recommendations but was willing to go with what I wanted. I have been so pleased with Jose's responsiveness, his wonderful work ethic and efficiency, the quality of his work and his prices that I will definitely use him again for other projects.

Jose was very responsive and appears to be very knowledgable about lawn/yard care. His pricing was a bit high, however we felt his business was professional and we would be happy with his services. We will also have him do some special yard projects for us.

Overall, did a great job and performed exactly what was agreed upon. I would use them again.

I had a great experience with this company. They arrived early to do the work. The two workers were a great team. They were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. They listened carefully to what I wanted done and then proceeded to do it with such efficiency that my job for them was complete prior to the two hours ending. They went ahead and continued cleaning up other parts of the yard, never wasting a moment of time. All of the garden beds were full of leaves and dead plants from last fall and the yard was full of twigs and sticks that had blown down over the winter. By the time the guys were done, the yard looked clean and pristine and all of the garden beds were clear. I was beyond pleased as what they accomplished in two hours would have required several weeks for me to complete on my own. I highly recommend this company. It was the best $200 I have spent in a long time!

Rojas and Sons were not able to provide the yard cleaning service because of snowfall. A date had been set, they had come out to the house and everything was good to go. We had an early snowfall before they were able to come out, therefore the work could not be done. I talked to them concerning the situation and we agreed that they would come out in the spring and instead of fall cleanup, they will do a spring cleanup. I am trusting them to keep their word. After speaking with Jose, I feel very confident they will be out in the spring to do our yard cleanup then! I gave them an "A" grade in top because I was required to fill in the spot even though they were not able to do the job. I was not going to give them a low grade because of circumstances none of us could control. The survey needs to set up different responses for cases like this one. This survey is pretty much a joke. I keep getting different responses every time I try to submit my answers. I explained why I gave him the grade I did and why the answers to the other questions had to be N/A. If the survey does not want to honor my responses, I will no longer fill them out for future jobs.

There was too much snow for us to be able to do the work. He advised that I get a refund because of this.

I called the company and they are backed up for a while. I am having my neighbor clean up before the snow that is coming in the following days. They were nice, but I just need the job done sooner.

Terrific! They came when they promised and did a fantastic job! The lawn looked like every inch was carefully vacuumed.
