Bob replied immediately to my initial inquiry, made time in his schedule to visit my house the next day and provided a very competitive bid. He arranged to work around the other projects in my kitchen and advised me on tile choices. He worked with my design ideas and was open-minded about including some collected tile into the final design. Further, in the 11th hour when I learned I'd need another smaller backsplash, he worked with me to visualize a solution and consulted with the vendor to advise me on a tile choice. He again was open minded about switching out the pencil liner finishing tile the next day, and picked up the new option in between other jobs. He returned the following day to complete both jobs. Overall, he was pleasant and respectful. He and his partner work well together and cleaned everything up exceedingly well. He seems to enjoy the more creative aspects of the tile projects and will gratefully show you his digital album of previous jobs.
Description of Work: Bob designed and installed a kitchen slate backsplash and a half-bath tile backplash.
