The service is great! The furniture is going to vary based on your tastes and needs, but for stuff we've wanted, we've always found great furniture. The delivery is awesome and we've been really happy with them. I'm always so impressed that we can buy something and they can deliver next day! We've actually gone back several times to buy more. I always feel like I'm paying the appropriate price for what I'm getting and I know I'm getting a good value.

Headboard that was delivered was the wrong size. The salesman refused to admit he made a mistake and was extremely rude.. We were charged for another fee for delivery of the replacement headboard . The manager was not willing to refund the second charge for delivery.

We'd found a leather sectional couch at the Hom Furniture in Woodbury and received a quote, then went to the Lakeville store the next day to look at it again before making a decision to buy it. The Lakeville salesperson found it was in their computer system for a lower price than what we were quoted, and so we bought it from her. It was on backorder for 8 weeks, but they delivered it promptly once they got it.

I THOUGHT THAT THEIR PRICING WAS VERY GOOD. I SHOPPED AROUND A LOT AND THEY HAD A GOOD SELECTION. THEY ARE ALSO GOOD FOR THEIR REPAIR SERVICE. WITHIN A WEEK OF PURCHASE THERE WAS A HOLE AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE REPAIR WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS. THEY ARE VERY GOOD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE WILLING TO HOLD THE FURNITURE FOR ME WHEN I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL. THEY HAD A GOOD FINANCE POLICY AS WELL.
