Description of Work: I've use them twice in two years for local residential moves and wouldn't use anyone else. They are punctual, professional and fast. A great bunch of guys! I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Hired them to move the large and heavy items. Very quick and efficient, yet careful. Polite and arrived on time.

Description of Work: My very early phone call was answered promptly. All my questions were answered well and additional helpful information was provided also. It is my first time hiring movers so I appreciated all the info. We did decide to go with another moving service after all though.

Description of Work: I was told that my belongings would be put in a pod to be stored in their warehouse as I going out of town for a month before my new place would be ready. When I questioned them, they said it was "cheaper" to do it this way. I didn't get a say in it. Everything was loaded on a truck, unloaded into the warehouse, then a month later loaded back in a truck and then moved into my new place. Four moves of my stuff instead of two. So many items were chipped, cracked, broken. Much of the damage I noticed over time as I deep cleaned, etc. Things were especially dirty. I still get upset when I see the things that were ruined. I've moved a number of times in my life and have NEVER experienced this level of damage.

Description of Work: There was confusion about price, as a phone quote did not match the rate sheet carried by movers. Very annoying, but we sorted it out amicably. Just ask for an email confirmation of any quotes or rates stated so you have something in writing. The actual movers were conscientious. Would use again.

Description of Work: They wrapped the furniture and moved all the boxes we had packed. They brought wardrobe boxes with them. There were 4 young men. They worked very well together. It was a great experience.

Description of Work: Movers showed up on time, quickly packed us up and placed everything where we wanted in the new home. Great guys, and easy to work with. This was our second time using them.

Description of Work: Took 2 trips to move upright piano plus a few minor items. Charges were discounted but we paid more for the 2 trips than we would have for one. Courteous employees. Not punctual at all. Very late both times.

Description of Work: Moved boxes & furniture within my home to help me down size. The exceeded any and all expectations even doing things like sweeping up the dust in a space w out being asked b4 placing another item there. These 2 young men worked so effciently & carefully that initially I thought the price was high but soon found out the did twice the amount of work in 1/2 the time that the price was well worth it. I have standards & they exceededthem in every way. Mr Franta who is the owner personally ANSWERS the phone...no waiting on hold forever. He too gors out of his way to be accommadating and helpful in addition to being polite & professional. He even went out of his way that evening to call & see if everything went well. Ihave already scheduled them again and had the same experience. I didn't have much notice but Mr |Franta went out of his way to fit me in bc of company coming shortly & wanting the house more inorder. Am already thinking about hiring them again.

Description of Work: Moved furniture to our new house from our old house. The movers were as friendly and cheerful & positive when they left as when they arrived. They moved a lot of very, very heavy furniture up stairs. Everything I asked of them they cheerfully did. The crew was amazing and the lead guy was not only a good leader, but a fabulous team player. Highly recommend.
