Completed ahead of schedule. No problems

Staff was friendly and helpful, however, after leaving our home we realized that One of the BBQ knobs had been broken off and put back in place on the BBQ. This would not have been a problem, but we were not informed at the time.

Excellent. The movers were polite, friendly and efficient. They took care with the cabinets.

Nick got back to me quickly and was terrific on the phone. He arranged to get my move in within 2 business days which was unexpected but very helpful. Guys arrived a little bit early and ready to roll. (One of the four did show up late but that was his issue and didn't really affect my move.) The guys were extremely polite, highly professional and worked very, very rapidly but carefully. They were helpful in taking down and setting up a few items that needed to be moved to my new location and even helped make some changes in the set-up due to unexpected space limitations at my new location. When it was apparent that my storage space was going to be filled to the brim their truck packing guy took over, rearranged what was already in storage and, as a result, assured that every last item fit into the unit before they were done. My only complaint might be that it was a bit slushy and muddy out so I had quite a bit of floor clean up to do before closing on my house. Really not preventable, however, and worth the extra effort on my part to have the move done rapidly. VERY impressed by how personable, polite and hard working the young guys on the crew were! Would hire them again in a second though I really hope to never have to move again!

The movers were Fantastic!!! Way beyond by expectations! I did NOT have to worry about anything. They took my art off the wall and wrapped it Better than I could have. I did NOT have to Buy a special cover for the couch! They had a better way to protect it. I did much more prep work than I needed Because they were so Good! They were very Courteous, Conscientious, And fast working! They set up & unwraped everything When they moved me into the new apartment. They were the best workers I've ever had in my home! I never write reviews, but I felt I had to recognise such Exceptional, 'old fashioned' service.

These guys were great. They were polite and professional. They were also patient when we had to change plans about which rugs went into which rooms. Overall good experience and I would hire them again.

Moving went well, guys were on time and very professional. Would highly recommend.

They showed up on time, carefully wrapped and blanketed all the furniture, loaded, unloaded, unwrapped everything and took away the trash. Great Experience - highly recommended.

Packing went well, moving went well the only problem was they did not utilize the space in the truck well and had to make a second trip

I have never had a better moving experience than I had with Quality Movers. 3 guys showed up (Austin, Tanner, Reid?) right on time and just had such a happy attitude and worked SO FAST! They really took all the stress out of my move and just took care of everything easily, even though I had several large and VERY HEAVY pieces. They are real pros. I will never use any other moving company.

It was okay but they took my wheeled trolley and I notified them that they took one of my furniture moving devices. They never returned it so I was pretty annoyed about that. It was satisfactory.

Some boxes not where they were supposed to be even though I had all labeled. A guy was added half way through, which increased the price without any discussion with me. It took an hour longer than expected resulting in a higher bill than expected. They crew was nice, and I tipped well, but the service was lacking in the end, in my estimation.

Everyone we worked with was very professional. I was impressed with how quickly and carefully they had everything packed and moved.

It went very well. The two guys that came to do the work were kind and courteous. They wrapped the couches up to prevent damage going in and out of the doors and keep the recliners from opening up. Since they charge by the hour, I appreciated how they went fast, while still being careful not to damage anything.

Incredibly good service. All of the movers were very professional, polite and respectful. The movers also worked with me to reschedule on short notice after the move was delayed.

I loved the service. I had 3 movers and they did an excellent job. 3 movers made the process go more quickly as I was moving into a taller bldg. They protected all furniture very well and were very careful and put all the furniture just were I wanted it. I used movers before that did not provide as careful treatment and the service was not as high level. My sister also used them for her move and she was extremely satisfied.

The crew was fast and super friendly and fun to work with. They were very professional. My father had used them in the past and was very satisfied. I had different guys on my move but exactly the same experience. Dave is quick to respond when you call to schedule/quote. Both the cost and the service were exactly as promised. The guys were really great about respecting my stuff, the walls, the carpet. Poor guys had to slip shoes off dozens of time but they just take it in stride. You will not be disappointed with Quality Moving & Storage.

They are great from beginning to end! Dave came and estimated the time it would take and helped me schedule the move. The actual moving crew was professional, kind, organized, and efficient. They wrapped furniture and took guidance on getting things to the right room. I highly recommend this company. Although, I hope to not move for many years, I would call them in a heart beat if I needed to move again.Thank you, Quality Moving!!

This was fine and we thought they did a really good job. They were professional, on time and all the things you want. Their bid was very comparable and they were rated high on Angie’s List. We are going to use them again for out actual move. There were some scratches on a mirror that wasn’t wrapped right and they took it for repair. They are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive.

The move went very well. The team showed up on-time and was very courteous and professional. They got right to it and had everything loaded and moved in just a couple of hours. The bill came in well below the estimate and we are very satisfied with the services we received. I highly recommend them.

They were quick, careful, listened to us, did things not called for, didn't break things, worked our schedule, were patient with us and made sure the total job was done to our satisfaction.
