Description of Work: They did a general extermonation. I had a problem with spiders & centipedes and even though the work was done almost 2 years ago, I have not had a problem since. A+ Worth every penny. The man asked me what I had a problem with BEFORE doing any work. This is the only exterminator I will ever use.

Description of Work: I sent Larry a message regarding my ant problem on a weekend and he responded within an hour. We set up a time the following Tuesday when he and his son arrived precisely at the time we had agreed. They applied the treatment and were gone within an hour (they probably would have been gone sooner if we hadn't had such a fun time chatting - very personable people). I had a pretty extensive issue unresponsive to several ant traps and Terro but it has now been one week and so far I have seen only one live ant and a plethora of dead ones. They will be calling me in the spring to set up another appointment to treat the outside of the house which is included in the cost. Overall, an exceptional experience at a very fair price.

Description of Work: We had a mouse problem. After examining the exterior and interior of our home, he explained the problem, described the solution and did the work. The result: no more mouse problems. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: They came and did an inspection of the outside of our house for mouse entry points as advertised. They did locate a couple of spots under a bow window that were likely mouse entry points and patched the holes. They recommended we continue to have traps set inside the house for a couple of weeks. We caught one mouse a couple of days later but have not had any further mice in the last three weeks.

Description of Work: Saw mice outside and knew they must be getting in. Called West Side - they were out within a day. Plugged all the holes they could find, put bait out, sprayed for spiders and other bugs in the basement. They were very prompt and thorough. I will always use these guys - they are the best!

Description of Work: complete perimeter review of house exterior (on hands and knees!), sealed gaps under one side of house extension, placed multiple bait traps, placed snap traps in basement access areas - a lot!

Description of Work: He was incredibly responsive, came quickly and then came back a couple of other times when we had questions or concerns. It took a couple of times, but he rid us of all of our mice and helped us understand how to prevent problems in the future. He was great.

Description of Work: Wonderful experience! Larry found multiple entry points around our foundation where small mice were getting in. He filled those areas and made sure no more could be found. We've been rodent free ever since. Highly recommend this family owned company.
