Angie's List prefers that all communication on coupon offers route through the Angie's List message center so that a record exists on communication between vendors and consumers. Unless you put your telephone number in the message section when you purchase the coupon or request a call when you purchase the coupon I will send an email outlining the service appointment within the time guidelines you put in the comments section. This process can be confusing and it has taken me time to get accustomed to this process. It was great to meet you and your little white chipmunk hunter. Those ants should be gone and remember to let me know if they reappear this year so we can continue treating them. Larry

Description of Work: I talked to a nice and helpful man named Larry. He was very busy, in the middle of ant season. I have nothing else to go on other than he said he'd call me back in a couple weeks, but never did. It's July 15. I just went with a different company.

( members name removed) You were on my list to call back when we start doing mouse exclusion work later in the summer. The way we perform exclusion work is very difficult to do when the plants around your home are leafed out & blooming without damaging them while we inspect the foundation of your home. We focus on plugging all the holes mice are using to prevent them from getting inside your home; not just putting poison out to kill the mice currently inside the house. I'm glad to found someone to do the work and hope it works for you. Larry

Description of Work: We had a mouse problem at our rental property. They came out within 2-3 days and setup traps and poison. They also warrantied the work for 6 months. We didn't have any additional issues after they came through.

Description of Work: I called on a Sunday about an ant problem and the owner responded within a few hours. We determined it could wait until Monday morning and the owner's son arrived promptly at the appointment time on Monday. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional and I no longer have an ant problem. Hooray and thank you to West Side!

Description of Work: Treated for ants. |I filled out the online contact form on a Sunday afternoon. Within a couple minutes I recvd a phone call. Service was completed the next morning. I used them last summer to seal up mouse access to my house...it was the first fall/winter in 11 years that we haven't caught mice in our basement!

Description of Work: We had them come and treat our shutters on the front of our house for wasp/bee nests. Treatment was fully explained to me as well as the very nature of the wasp and the fact that they love hot brick or stone fronts (which I have, unfortunately). Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: They have been out several times to my house and my next door neighbor. While I was gone this winter my neighbor had a few mice in her house and had them check mine too. We live near a marsh with new house construction going on in the old corn fields that boarder our properties.Little critters are looking for a warm place to stay so; periodically we have another influx of mice, voles, moles, etc. We call Larry and he resets traps inside and out plus checks for new entry holes the mice may be using. Great guy. |
