Description of Work: Last year in late fall, Larry successfully treated our home for mice. They came back again this fall and Larry found an existing entry point that he missed this year. There was no charge for the call since he missed the opening last year.

Description of Work: Sprayed around the exterior of the house for ants and also located a wasps nest behind our siding and sprayed that. We have not had any problems with either insect since they came out. Would definitely recommend.

Member, I know I was out to your home in January for the rodent treatment. I don't recall hearing from you after the initial treatment but if the mice didn't go away you should have called me. The goal is to find and seal the mouse entry points to keep mice out of your home. The mouse job was guaranteed for six months and provided for free additional treatments. If you were confused about the service program just give me a call and I am willing to come back out again. Mice can be very unpredictable and difficult to eliminate since they have been successful in living with us for a very long time. If your mice continued inside your home and were not captured in the traps the traps should have been relocated. Mice can have very small home ranges, 10'-15', inside homes so it is not uncommon to move traps to areas where the mice are living. Give me a call at 763.497.6617 so we can discuss your mouse problem. The mice were bad last year and it seems that they will be just as bad again this year. Larry

Description of Work: He came and explained what he would do, did it, explained when done. He also visited with neighbor who first called my attention the wasp nest under the eave. Neighbor was happy with the service as were we. He came back in a few days to remove the nest completely
