Description of Work: Came promptly, explained what he was doing and got rid of our carpenter ants. When we became alarmed because we thought they were back, he came over and checked immediately. It wasn't carpenter ants again but pavement ants but he sprayed for them with no charge. He's quick and inexpensive and responsive

+ -1 moreThey came right away, soon after i purchased the coupon. They arrived on Memorial Day! And one of them was a Veterans also! They finished the job quickly. They were both upbeat and funny and enjoyable to have around. I would hire them again in a minute.
Description of Work: Sprayed outside of house for bugs that seem to be coming inside. Have spiders and ants coming in the house. Have pets, so was not real interested in spraying the inside of the house.

If I do see some ants or bugs, I will call him and he will come out and take care of them and he won’t bill me again, so that is a good thing. I will continue to use his services in the future.

+ -1 moreI could write a thousand words on how great my experience with Larry and Larry Jr from West Side Pest Solutions was but I think my fingers would get tired. I noticed I had a mouse in the garage a few weeks ago because I saw the little guy. Since he wasn't wearing a red, black and white suit and didn't have gigantic ears, I determined it was not Mickey Mouse and really did not want him in my house. Then when I went to put away the Xmas decorations yesterday (yes I know that is way early) I notice that the big plastic bag I had a feather bed in was opened, as in chewed, and the papers I had laying next to a box were turned into confetti. I realized that the little buggers had figured out how to get into my laundry room/crawl space and were enjoying the comfort of all the crap I have in there. I looked on Angies List as I always do to get a name of a company to take care of my new found friends. I sent an email to West Side Pest Solutions yesterday (yes Christmas day) surely not expecting a response but I thought I would get a head start. A little while later Larry calls. I was very surprised that he called back so soon let alone on Xmas afternoon. We discussed my new friends and what he could do to show them the way out of my abode. He said he could come over the next day at noon. I was very relieved as I don't mind mice but I don't like what they leave behind. So shortly before noon the next day, Larry and his son Larry Jr. arrived at my house. They inspected the house and garage inside and out to determine where my friends had found welcome mats to enter my house. They found several places in the garage where they were making their way in. They sealed the points of entry as well as laid out traps in the crawl space and garage to ensure that they would not make it further into my house since they could not get out any more. They explained everything to me and told me what I needed to do with the traps and any newly deceased friends. I cannot tell you how great of a job they did. They are the BEST. Talk about nice people. If you look in the dictionary under nice, Larry and Jr would be there. Oh and they have a great sense of humor. I absolutely loved the experience I had with them. If you have critter issues or bug problems if you don't call them you are missing out on a truly great company. You can tell quality people when you meet them and they are far above that.
Description of Work: They inspected the house and garage to determine if I was in fact correct that the mice were in my crawl space. They determined where the mice where coming in and sealed the areas as well as laid out several traps to ensure that any mice that now could not get out would not come further into the house.

+ -1 moreIt was a very easy process. I called them (from the yellow pages and they answered the phone on the weekend). We planned for them to come out on a Monday and they did. They were on time and fixed the problem for us each time they came out.
Description of Work: This was the second time that I hired these guys. They seem to be a small company, but they were resposive for me. The first time that I called them, we had issues with hornets/wasps nests in the ground. They did a fine job getting rid of them and we never got stung again. So I called them the next time when we had a mouse issue in the house. They came and looked around... Using a special light, they found 2 places where mice were getting into the house. They fixed those locations, setup the traps in the house and within 3 days, our mouse problems were gone.
