When they showed up they inspected our home and property. Once they determined our needs, they explained what they discovered and explained how they would proceed. They also asked what concerns we had and answered every question professionally and explained everything so I would clearly understand how they planned to proceed. They were very respectful of our property and the fact we have pets. They treated the home and property, set bait traps for the mice and completed the job in a very timely manner. I will use them from now on, I am very satisfied with their work.

My call to West Side Pest Solutions was professionally handled from the very beginning and we we able to secure an appointment within two days. When Larry Jr. arrived at our home he was both courteous and punctual. He graciously allowed me to walk around our home with him while he checked for entry points and exterior damage. He educated me on what to look for, and ways to prevent the mice from entering our home as we toured the perimeter. Needless to say, rodents aren't my favorite topic, but Larry maintains a sense of humor and a wealth of knowledge that actually made the experience a very positive one! Larry blocked the entry points, baited traps and explained the process for us to re-bait traps ourselves for long term rodent control in our home. In addition, Larry also sprayed a wasp nest in our outdoor stereo speaker that was posing a problem on our patio. At the conclusion of the visit, I opted to also purchase the annual pest control plan through West Side for the bugs. Larry followed up with me exactly as promised two weeks after our initial visit to check on the rodent control plan and to apply the fall insect treatment. He came to our home, knocked down all the spider webs, sprayed insecticide AND blocked a new rodent hole in the exterior of our home. I would HIGHLY recommend West Side Pest Solutions. Seeing as though we live in an older home on a heavily wooded lot, I'm pleased to have gained a skilled and reliable ally in what will most likely be an ongoing battle of pests! Thank you Larry.

Larry was amazing! I bought an online coupon and received a call for service within an hour. He was able to stop over and complete the job in the same afternoon which is wonderful. In addition, he tacked up the area where the bees were a problem. It is so nice to have this kind of service and I really appreciate his efforts. Very impressive timeline with completing within hours of online coupon purchase!!!

An additional 3 wasps appeared in the house in the several days after the treatment but since then there have been none.

They have now come twice. Today they removed dead mice from traps and re-baited the traps. The first time they sealed entry points and set/baited about 10 traps throughout my house. In my situation they are not using poison because of my pets.

Larry treated a bees nest in the peak of my roof that I had been trying to do myself. I have neighbors who are very allergic to stings so I was getting concerned. My efforts were totally unsuccessful, so I called West Side as I had seen an A. L. offer for their service. West Side came the same day I called and took care of the problem. I have no more bees going into my attic. They were prompt, effective, and the price was right. I will call them immediately next time rather than messing around myself.

Sprayed deck for wasps, yellow jackets, hornets, etc. Took a few minutes. Thus far it was successful.

We just bought a new home and were seeing creepy crawly critters inside. We live in a heavily wooded area with a pond in the back. I hate bugs so I called Larry on Saturday and he was here 3 days later. He was very personable on the phone. My husband and I both had to work so our daughter was here when Larry came. We have not seen a single bug in our house since Larry was here. He is coming back in the fall for a treatment to keep us bug free when they decide to come in for the winter. I bought the Angie's List coupon for annual services. Larry called me within 12 hours of my purchasing it and came out to our house the next day. He was very thorough and a pleasant person to talk with. I can't yet report on the effectiveness of his services, but he did indicate that he'd be willing to come back out if we have any trouble. I'll definitely recommend him to others and use him again myself!!

He did a full inspection and showed me where each nest was. We had no idea of the problem we had. As a courtesy, he patched a hole where mice could have entered and showed me some additional issues to address that his company does not handle. He was very courteous and has a great sense of humor!

After hearing a scratching noise coming from my dryer vent, I was thrilled to find that Westside Pest Solutions offers service 7 days a week. Larry answered my call right away, and correctly guessed that a chipmunk had found his way inside the dryer vent. He and his son arrived at my house within 2 hours of my call and took care of the problem promptly. Even better, they did it with outstanding professionalism, care, and good humor. I will definitely call them for my future pest control needs.

We started to notice some bees/wasps flying around our front step, climbing up into an opening under the siding. We attempted to handle the problem with Raid but they continued to hang around that area. We picked Westside after seeing their Angie's List Coupon. I called shortly after buying the coupon, and Larry was able to confirm the purchase and set up an appointment for Saturday of htat same week. When weather prevented him from being able to work, he called that morning and rescheduled it for Sunday. He arrived bright and early Sunday morning and worked quickly, leaving a description of the work performed and an invoice for our records. I followed up with Larry the next day regarding some other insect issues we had with our house, and he was able to provide some suggestions for DIY solutions that could save us some time and money.

I had hornets that found their way into my attic by way of a tiny vent on the outside of my house. I purchased the coupon from Angie's List and the responsiveness of Larry almost caught me off guard. He was willing to come out to the house as soon as he was able. He applied a treatment around my premises in addition to taking care of the nest in my attic. Wasp and hornet activity was considerably less after he applied the treatment, and the nest in the attic was exterminated and there was no longer any activity in my attic. Really grateful for the punctual, friendly service and he will definitely get a call from me for any pest issues I have in the future, coupon or no coupon.

Larry walked around the backyard with a tank on his back spraying the area. I stayed in the house. There was no mess or clean-up for me.

AMAZING SERVICE. Larry called within an hour of me purchasing the wasp treatment deal. He was at my house 30 minutes later. He treated 2 hives immediately. After those were gone - I realized there was a 3rd hive hiding in an unexpected location. Larry came back a day after I emailed him, and treated that one too. He was AMAZING. I am SO impressed. We had flying ants invade our bedroom during the night. I vacuumed up most of them, but they could not come back. I called West Side early in the morning and Larry called us back around 8 AM. Larry happened to be in our area that day and was there about 10:30 AM. He sprayed around the house and the ants and any other bug haven't been around since. Larry knew his stuff forwards and backwards. He was friendly, professional and priced right. I would highly recommend West Side. I plan to have him back out in the fall to prevent any ant outbreaks next spring.

Larry called immediately after I purchased the service. We set up a general date and he came as I was leaving for an appointment. I told him what I needed done, although since I was surprised he was there I wasn't as thorough in my request as I should have been. We probably should have set up a specific time rather than just - how about this weekend? He went ahead and did the spraying left me a note regarding what he'd done. I should have had him check and spray the roof vents, but didn't think of it on the spur of the moment. I would use him again, but would specify that we need to set a definite time.

I bought a Big Deal for bee/wasp treatment. The next morning, I received a call from Larry at Westside Pest. I was impressed that I didn't even have to call to make the appointment. He came the next morning, on time and inspected the property. Didn't find any nests or hives (thank goodness, I'm allergic) and sprayed the soffits to prevent wasps from building any. Very pleasant, professional technician. UPDATE: A few weeks after Larry treated, my son was stung while mowing near exposed tree roots. He said to call if I saw anything, so I did. I explained where it happened and he was out to treat the area that same day. Although it's my tree, the root area was on my neighbor's lawn. So far, it's working and I am very glad that he guarantees his work. I am satisfied and will not hesitate to call him in the future.

Called me right away to schedule for the next day... left me a note as to what was done and we all noticed that my ants are almost all gone.

The owner called to set up an appointment to spray for pests. He was punctual and he sprayed for pests. It seems that the pests are under control. We are planning on having him come back in the fall to spray. He said that he would do it for $75.00. We were very happy with the service and the price.

The owner of the company showed up on time and did a thorough job - and explained what he was doing. I've tried to get rid of ants by using hardware solutions, without much luck. So, far... no ants. Will require annual treatments to avoid future problems.
