West Side Pest Solutions

We had no concerns. He was on time. He was good. He is fine and we've already scheduled him to come back in the fall. We've used him three times now. I think I got an Angie's deal last year and he does maintenance now.

We had mice in our basement and kitchen over the winter. We were not able to get rid of them. I found this special $199 deal with West Side Pest Solutions on Angie's list. I called and they came right out. It was a father and son team and they were good listeners as to what had been going on with our mice. They scoped the house out and sealed both outside and inside holes that they found. They set about 7 traps and told us that we would be catching mice for a little while. They said if we were still catching them in 3 weeks to call and they would come back out. Some of the traps didn't work right, but when I called they told me how to fix them. I really appreciated that they didn't use poison and had humane feelings for the mice. It takes a while, but we seem to be mice free. They said I can call if any appear in the next 3 months. They did a good job of explaining what they were doing and I really appreciated the response I got when I called with any questions I had after their visit. I would use them again.

I tried the big brand at the local store to bait/remove that grew up knowing from Grandparents/Parents. Thought conquered until the rain continued again and again and they kept coming back. With a 15 month old, didn't want to keep trying with no success. Outside of being a bit difficult to get in touch with at first(thus B on responsive)...which is probably due to being highly rated and hired, once I did, all went great! Larry came out the next day after I spoke with him directly via phone. He showed up on time, was very professional and kind! These days it's hard to find all of that. I didn't want to purchase a Angie's List offer without 1st hand experience, so waited and just had one service completed. After meeting him and a week later seeing no ants(knock on wood), I purchased the Angie's List offer. He explains what he is spraying and details on that...which means A-LOT with a toddler. I am 'old school' and someone's word is their bond. With my experience with Larry and Westside Pest Solutions, I felt like I was in the old days when someone you hire, really cares about providing TOP NOTCH service and not in to making a 'quick buck'! I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend him and this company!

He didn't actually do the service, but helped me for free with help on a small area. Very honest. Refused payment.

The guy who was originally going to come couldn't make it but he got someone else to come right away. They were friendly and easy to deal with. I would use them again.

This is the second year I have used Westside to treat the exterior of two properties that I own for ant control. Easy to work with and the treatments work well.

He called the morning after we purchased the coupon and was at our house that morning to spray. Wonderful service. We haven't seen any ants since.

When I purchased the deal, we still had snow from a recent spring snowstorm (one of many we had this year), so the service could not be performed right away. They were hoping to get started on their spring spraying the following week, but said it would be a waste to do it because it would all get washed away when the snow melted. They said they would call me when they could spray. A couple of weeks later, just when I was beginning to wonder when I was going to hear from them, I got a call and we scheduled the spraying for the following day. They just needed me to unlock one of the gates to the backyard. I wasn't there during the spraying, so it is difficult to provide an exact comment on the quality of the work. I assume the whole premeter and windows were sprayed. I haven't had any bugs in the house, so I am taking that as a sign that they did a good job.

Terry and his father are the owner operators of Westside Pest Control. Terry did a great job of explaining the process and the tools he was going to use to make certain both existing and potential access points for mice were sealed. He was knowledgeable, professional and very informative. Overall he provided exceptional service. I would absolutely call Westside again should a problem occur in the future. I have not had a mouse in the house since his visit and feel very confident this will remain the case indefinitely. Terry also sprayed for Carpenter Ants. He explained what he was using to control the ants (the spray type) and the results I should expect.

Missed a few spots. There were still nests in a few places when I checked the work. I didn't bother to call back.

That worked out very good. He sprayed as I requested and sprayed a few areas I did not notice. I appreciated his services. He was there as promised. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and please to work with. I would recommend him.

I definitely recommend West Side Pest Solutions. Larry responded to my online request for information within an hour. Larry and his son Larry arrived on time to our appointment. They were both friendly and knowledgable. Before making any recommendations they carefully walked through the house to assess our needs. When it came time to decide on the services, Larry explained my options clearly and did not pressure me to buy more than I wanted. Since they treated our house we have not had any more problems with bugs.

It went very well. They were extremely nice and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable.

They showed up on time. They were really good and very thorough. It was a father and son who came out and they seemed very knowledgable in their field. They also explained to me everything that they were doing and for that I was very impressed.

It went great overall. Westside pest showed up and sprayed without me calling and making an appointment. They also pointed out and helped me place mouse traps outside the house where there was evidence of vole activity.

We bought the deal on angies list for spring and fall treatment. The west side ppl called us and set up an appointment for about a week out. They answered all of our questions and helped us know what to look for and to call we needed them.

This service was done in January of 2013. It's now May, and since then, three mice were caught indoors within the first few days of laying down the indoor traps, and I've had no more mice get in the house. I was thrilled with their service, and would use them again if I needed to

I called and described the problem. The technician listened to the problem and told me how I could deal with it myself without having to pay for a service call. This was great! No charge .

Went well with NO report of recurring ant encroachment. The owner was prompt, friendly performed exactly as he said he would. Exceptional service!!!!!!

My house was being invaded by spiders. They seemed to get into formation on the ceiling of my front porch. After about a week of this, I couldn't handle anymore killing and I had seen a special on Angie's List for Westside Pest Solution. Larry answered when I called. He was very calm and able to make time to get to my house within a day or two. He explains exactly what he's going to do and explains what if any effect it will have on household pets. He asks you which insects are the priority. After he's done, he explains any places he patched up and encourages a call from you with questions or if you spot any of the insects after the chemicals have had time to take effect.

Haven't seen a mouse in the house since! Great!
