Great! Larry Sr. connected with me immediately after I purchased the deal on Angie's list--Saturday afternoon. Larry Jr. arrived promptly Monday morning, uniformed, pleasant, professional and answered all questions about process and his experience with yellow jackets. He also encouraged me to call if we found any other nests later. By the way, he found and treated a wasp nest we hadn't noticed. Top-notch service. Couldn't be more pleased.

Larry arrived early and, after some discussion about our pest-control needs, got to work on the outside of our house. We have had some problems with wasps, so we pointed out those areas to him. We had also seen some ants in the yard and in the kitchen. He took care of all of those issues from the outside of the house. That was more than two months ago and we haven't had any problems since then.

I found this company to be prompt, helpful, & professional. I would use them again! (But I'm hoping I won't need them again! :-) )

I called Larry at 7:02 am on Monday morning as we discovered a surprise in a basket of yard waste that had been sitting under our deck for some time. My husband moved the basket out in the afternoon and must have disturbed the lovely nest the bees had been busy working on. He screamed, ran and was stung twice. We pulled the kids in and watched as about 75 angry bees swarmed around. When it got dark, we tried our own wasp killer after they calmed down but they were still pretty active this morning so at 7:02, we connected with Larry and he was here by 9. He doused the nest and guaranteed the bees would be gone by this evening. I believe him!

After finding them on Angie's list this morning (19Aug13) I called to order service. I talked to the elder Larry and he said he could fit me into his schedule today. I mentioned I found him on Angie's List and he mentioned the ad that was being advertised for wasp treatment. I told him about also about ants that were around the foundation of my home. He said that his wasp treatment would also help with that issue. His son Larry showed up within the time frame his father had given me. He was very professional and discussed the procedure he was going to use to treat the wasps. He toured my basement looking for any potential problems in my home. He then treated the nests and told me that by tomorrow the wasps would be gone. I enjoyed working with this company and would highly recommend them.

I called Larry early on Monday morning, and he was able to take care of the situation that same morning. When I came home that evening, the bees were gone. He said that if I saw any more bees that I should call him and he would return, but I haven't seen any. Larry provided a quick and effective treatment for our situation.

It went well. They were nice. They showed up on time and took care of the situation. I was going to hire them gain but they no longer come to our side of town.

After purchasing an Angie's List coupon for West Side, I called to schedule the appointment. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment. When I returned home from work, Larry had already arrived, taken care of all the nests I was aware of, and identified and treated one I was unaware of. A wonderful experience to resolve an irritating problem!

Prompt service. Treated for carpenter ants + wasp nests. Came back for another bees nest in separate area.

I called Larry and he called right back and said he'd be out by a certain day unless it was raining and he did as he said

Excellent all around. Larry was great to work with. He was able to come out the same day, found another wasp nest on the other side of my house, went over his plan and took care of both for the originally quoted price. His price was significantly better than another company I called but that could not come out the same day.

I received a fast response back from Larry and he made the appointment right away. He was very prompt, professional and got the job done. He sprayed in the house and around the outside of the house and there wasn't the bug spray smell that normally goes with someone spraying in the house. His rates are reasonable and I would definitely use him again....actually, I will be using him again in the fall.

We contacted Larry and he was extraordinarily responsive. He couldn't spray the next day after we called him because of rain, but was out to our house promptly the following day. Larry explained what he was going to do and promptly got after it. He sprayed in places we wouldn't have expected, but wanted to be sure the ant problem was solved once and for all. It took a few days for those pesky ants to die off, but they did and haven't been seen since. If you want service to deal with your pests, then Larry is your guy.

We had a wasp problem out in our back yard that had been an annual problem but I never thought to call in a professional but it was the best decision I ever made. The wasp issue didn't seem that bad but when my grandsons came over they were always scared of the wasps. Since Larry Rufledt, from West Side Pest Solutions came and did the spraying I have had no wasps flying around my backyard. We are able to enjoy our outside area so much more. I will definitely use him again. Larry was very pleasant and thorough and just great to deal with and had great knowledge of his profession and said if we had any more wasp issues he would come back to address any problems through the summer if need be.

I had to call him back the second time because he didn't show up the first day that he said he was going to. I would use them again.

Larry went out to look at a bee issue on a Saturday which he had trouble with because it was 54 degrees on July 27th which is not active bee weather, plus I without that bee action, I had not given him good direction on where exactly they were. I told him I had used another vendor the previous week, so Larry just said that guy should warranty his work so that I should give him a chance to. Larry was responsive, professional, has a sense of humor, and seems to definitely know his prey. He wouldn't charge me so I definitely feel obligated to use him next time. Definitely recommend.

He was very prompt and very nice. I was asked where I thought the wasps were coming from, he explained to me what he was going to do, where he was going to spray and what kind of spray he was using because I was concerned about my dog getting sick from it, he assured me everything would be fine and safe as long as I kept my dog away from the area for a while. heeven spray my ant problem in my back yard. He also assured me that if I had a problem after he sprayed I should call him and he would come out again. Service overall was professional. I have had no problems since he was here!!! I will call him again, if I have the need for a exterminator Great job! Thank-you!

That was fine! It cost what the guy said it was going to cost, and he did what he said he was going to do.

The process, from contacting him to his completion of the job, was simple. I reached Larry right away. We set a time that worked for us both. He arrived promptly, explained a few things about yellow jackets and their nests, treated the area, and removed the nests, all in about 1/2 hour. I am happy with the service.

I appreciated the service and professionalism of Larry from Westside Pests. Not only did he help me out but he was prompt, courteous, and kind.

They were very nice and were on time. The renter was satisfied. They sealed the potential entrances where the mice would enter the home and placed mice poison. The renter did not complain about mice after they were there.

We had small dust piles in the home and we thought we had carpenter ants. West Side Pest Solutions listened to our concerns and offered to try a conservative approach spraying the exterior of the house and wiping down problem areas in the interior. They very quickly scheduled an appointment, even though we were technically out of their service area (Angie's List has the service area incorrect!). They were on time and very professional - he was very knowledgeable and personable! However, we had a pretty nasty pavement ant invasion... so the ants started coming back and about a month later I called West Side Pest Solutions and they came back first thing the next morning to do a more aggressive spraying, no charge! I very highly recommend them - they were prompt, professional, thorough, friendly, and guarantee their treatments!

Westside Pest Solutions removed several wasp nests under my deck and treated necessary areas to prevent them from coming back this season. I called right before the 4th of July and they were here the next day so I was wasp free for the 4th of July weekend. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and thoroughness in ridding the area of all the nests. I would definitely hire Westside Pest Solutions again for any other pest control needs.
