The service went really well. The person called us back immediately, came out the next available day, took care of the problem and we haven't had any of these come back.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. He took his time to explain everything to me. He was a pleasure to deal with. It was the first time that we used him.

I was very happy with the whole experience. Shortly after purchasing the deal he got in touch with me and set up an appointment. He was very efficient with his service when on site, and took the time when he was done after the first visit to explain what he'd done and things he'd seen which I should keep an eye on. I was not present for the second appointment in the fall, but he left a note explaining everything he'd done. We've had no pest issues in or outside the house all year as well. Definitely recommend.

We have used West Side Pest Solutions the last two years and are very please with the service. They are friendly, prompt, and professional. We discussed specific issues related to our property - wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, voles, and snakes, and they were very forthcoming with providing remediation advice. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We've found them far superior to prior monthly services we had used which proved to be unreliable and very poor in providing help in resolving billing issues.

This company was great. A+ all around. They came back after we continued to have mice and found a hole under an exhaust that was in a crawlspace. Did not charge us for the return visit and we have been mouse free ever since. Highly recommend using them.

After purchasing Angie's Deal, we called them to make an appointment, and they happened to have someone working near our house that day, so they came over immediately to do the work. He was very professional and nice; he went over what he will be doing, and after spraying the house, came back and made sure all the questions were answered. We have not had any bees/wasps around our house this summer which was great since we have a small baby and dogs.

He came to my house on a Sunday morning and did a thorough check of my exterior and interior looking for signs of mice and where they might enter the house. He plugged up a couple spots where mice might be getting in. He guaranteed his work and said to call him back if I found any mice through the winter. I did not find any more mice after he left.

I am very happy with the service provided and will definitely purchase this package again. Simply put, the service works - all ants, spiders, and box elders bugs are gone! The guys that come out to do the work are friendly and professional as well.

I spoke with the owner the day I discovered the large nest. He advised me that they are an aggressive bee if their nest is disturbed and to leave it alone. He came right away the next morning and sprayed the nest for me. They were all dead within 24 hours. I was happy with his promptness in getting this done.

West Side Pest Solutions got back to us within a couple of hours of my purchasing the coupon. They arrived the next day to apply the yellow Jacket extermination material. He warned us that it might upset them and would could have a few more in the house for the first couple of days. That did happen, and continued - we called them back and they came out first thing the next morning. Used a different form of extermination material and the problem is GONE. Larry, Sr. was great to work with. We would recommend them to anyone with a bug problem. They will be returning the week we take our pets on an RV trip for 4 days to do an overall extermination throughout the house.

I would hire this company again. Considering additional work for spring. The gentleman that came was very professional, forthcoming, readily answered any questions to my satisfaction, did an excellent job. Cost was very reasonable. We had purchased a Angie's List deal.

Great experience overall. Gave a complete list of suggestions on how to solve my mouse problem and even sealed a few holes. Didn't charge for the visit.

Loved Larry (the son). I left a message and he called me back within 5 minutes. He was able to fit me in the same day and was to my house within 2 hours. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem and haven't seen any wasps yet.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out really good. I really like them. I have used them before and they are really great. We had like an emergency of having a wasp nest inside our wall and this guy worked really fast, so it was great.

Larry was prompt, gave us lots of information and very thorough. He spotted problem areas that we didn't notice and took care of it. Will definitely use again in the future.

Larry is great! I called him in the spring because I had nearly dead wasps in my bedroom each spring. He explained what the problem really was. Leftovers from the previous summer. I purchased an Angie's deal and Larry called me during the summer and told me what to look for and then to call him when I saw signs of the wasps. I was getting ready to call him and he actually called me to check in and said he'd be in the neighborhood and this would be a good time to do the spraying. He is so nice and he left me some notes and checked in with me. Although no one really wants to have "pests" in their house, if something else comes up, I'm calling Larry!!!

They sprayed known nests as well as discovered and sprayed additional nests. Wasps were gone by next day.

I contacted West Side Pest Solutions through Angie's List on Sunday evening after discovering the nest. I received an email reply within an hour (!) saying that they would call me in the morning. I received a call at work at 7:30 a.m. and they came by to treat the nest while I was at work and by the time I got home, the hornets were mostly dead. The next day, I did not see any activity around the nest and have only seen one sluggish hornet on the ground below the nest ever since. I was very impressed on how promptly they responded on a Sunday night, no less.

They were very prompt in getting back to me and in scheduling a time to come out. Larry was friendly, professional and took the time to explain and answer questions. No bees since treatment. I will use them again.

The provider was very responsive. He accepted the coupon for $100 service call, even though the situation was a little different. He came out the next day, Saturday, and came at the time promised. A quick and effective service call. He offered to come out again if there were anymore bees, but assured me this would do it. It did, no return trip was required. I will happily call him again if I ever again need extermination services!

He was really nice and lovely. The follow up for the treatment did not work out for us so we ultimately went with someone else.

It went very well. Service was prompt and effective . He removed an additional hive at the peak of our house that we didn't know existed..

Larry came at the designated time he promised with a smile and insecticide. He was very helpful in identifying all of the areas where we were having problems with spiders and centipedes and even pointed out some potential areas for mice. He treated both inside and outside the home with chemicals that would be safe for pets. He has a great sense of humor and is a really friendly guy. We will have him back in the Spring.
