West Side Pet Solutions did a great job locating where mice were coming into our home and sealing their entry. We have seen only a few (3-4) mice (caught by traps they set) since they came out over a month ago. I was and am very happy with their service, and love not having mice around. I highly recommend them!

Larry Rufledt Jr. came the day after I called for his help. Larry was very thorough, very professional and was willing to have me follow him around and ask questions. Larry was very knowledgeable and personable. I would definately recommend this company.

They came to the house on time. Our house is a 1600 sq. ft. single level brick, slab, home. They spayed around all of the foundation and window frame work and garage door and slider doors. Any where there were cracks. They used a different type of spray around the windows so it didn't stain. We requested animal / kid safe pesticide and they only sprayed outside of the house (nothing inside). We have had NO ISSUES with spiders, ants, box elders, or anything else that is small and crawls.

We had a significant number of wasps in our home. We weren't sure how they were getting in. We contacted West Side Pest Solutions. They were able to come out within a day or 2 of scheduling. From beginning to end, they were prompt and courteous.

I called Larry with a concern of either a bat or mice in our attic after we heard noises in our attic a couple of nights ago. He was able to set up a time the next day to come out for an inspection. He said that he would thoroughly inspect the house, and if he found evidence of bats there would be little he could do and wouldn't charge us for the inspection. He inspected the outside and inside of our house and found some evidence of mice in the garage and past activity in the crawl space in the basement and provided suggestions on how to avoid issues in the future. Upon inspecting the attic (our concern area) he found bat feces and said there wasn't anything we could do about it at this time (winter) because the bat would be hibernating and someone could try to tear up the insulation but still might not find anything, so that we'd have to wait until spring when the bat(s) are active and would have to call another provider to seal up the holes in the roof where they might be coming in as he unfortunately does not provide those services. He did not charge us for the inspection after spending over an hour at our home and giving a lot of helpful advice - even after I offered to pay him for his time he refused. I will definitely call Larry in the summer when I'm trying to get rid of Asian beetles and/or if we encounter mice in the future and would highly recommend him!

Everything was done perfectly. They responded immediately to my inquiry and they made it the house within 24 hours. Even more importantly, they went the extra mile. They inspected the remainder of the property and discovered two other yellow jacket nexts and took care of those as well. Prompt, effective, fair priced and they take the initiative. Who could ask for more than this?

The provider did a great job of evaluating possible entrances for mice and closing them with appropriate methods. We had previously hired another provider and didn't feel like they did a good job. We felt much better after West Side Pest Solutions did their work and haven't had mice issues since.

The treatment took care of the ants in no time. I would use this provider again.

Provider was prompt, courteous and professional. Provider returned the next week at no charge when I located another hidden active wasp nest. Would definitely use this provider again in the future.

It went great. He was very nice, very professional, answered tons of questions and took care of the problem in short order. His wife rode along...said she had to come along or she would never see him!

He was highly responsive and came out within a couple of hours after my call. Additionally, the gentleman was quite knowledgeable about how to solve the problem, his traps were highly effective, and he offered a 6-month warranty on his work. After two weeks, the traps caught nearly 20 mice, and the problem was gone soon thereafter.

Very well. It took two visits to find the other hidden nests. Both service individuals helped to educate me on these dangerous pests. Gave me a list of all agents sprayed. I used the Big Deal from Angie's List. A bargain for the peace of mind.

So far, so good! Larry came out and took care of the extermination project a week ago and I haven't seen a centipede since (knock on wood).

Honest and so very helpful, what a terrific person and so very refreshing honesty is so rare these days when it comes to service up sell up sell up sell - is the chant from most people I speak with.

He stated that spraying for boxelder bugs this late in the season would not do any good. I appreciate the honesty, that he did not perform an unnecessary service just to get my money. Will use in the future.

I called Larry about a wasp problem. After explaining my situation, Larry walked me through the potential issues, explained the mating and nesting habits of several kinds of wasps and ultimately suggested I did not need to do anything at this time. He could have come out and checked all my windows and doors and gotten a fee for that but Larry was very straight up that it was not necessary in this moment and in fact advised that I may not even have a problem in the Spring since it is luck of the draw whether a wasp family will choose you again. Rather than make a quick buck, Larry took the time to educate me and provide advice. Should I have any rodent or insect issues in the future, I will definitely give Larry a call. Thank you Larry!

We worked with Larry Jr. He was terrific, very thorough, professional, knowledgeable. Even pointed things out to us that we didn't know about evidence of other pests on the property, but no additional services required. The initial visit came with a guarantee, and we had to have him back a few weeks later, which he was very accommodating about. Would definitely recommend him.

The provider called immediately. I explained my ant situation and asked if I needed him to spray inside in addition to outside (the service I purchased was outside only.). He assured me that spraying outside should take care of both - which it did. The provider was outstanding all around. I felt like I understood exactly what service was being rendered and what I should do if I had reoccurances of the ants.

Larry responded to my call the day I sent the message. A swarm of wasps invaded my patio with such intensity that we were afraid to open the door. He sprayed, communicated through email, and came back the next day to reapply and update me on the situation. He is so prompt and personable.

He came the next day after I called him. He exterminated three wasps nests under the siding on the house. The treatment was very effective. I was pleased with the fast service and will definitely use him again should the need arise.

They were the only company to respond to my phone calls of the 3 I contacted from Angie's list. They were very busy, but able to come 4 days after my initial call. Larry and Larry are very knowledgable and solved the problem!

After finding flying ants in the home in addition to ones in the basement, I was looking for treatment right away. The service provider was knowledgeable and came out the same day. He only treated the outside of the home, though I expected the inside would need it as well. When I followed up with him he was prompt to reply, explaining the reasoning and process, and keeping the line of communication open should a follow up treatment be needed. He was correct in that indoor treatment was not necessary, as I have not had any trouble since. - great service, great price!
