I purchased the Big Deal for fall rodent proofing. They were able to make it to my house within a week. They set traps and inspected the house inside and out and seal up any potential entry points. My house is nearly 100 yrs old and I have seen mice every winter. We caught one right after the traps were set (we were told to expect this in the first week) and have not seen evidence since.

He was already at my house and did some of the work by the time I got home from work to meet him. He was very thorough and helpful.

Larry Jr. came to the hose to do the work and Larry Sn helped me afterwards with small follow ups. These guys are great. Larry Jr. was so good - did the job, set traps and blocked up holes. My highest recommendation is whether I would call these people again and I would have to say -YES. Thanks Larry and Larry.

It went well. The technician was very prompt and responded quickly to my calls. He came out on a very hot day and was very thorough with checking all possible entry areas. The technician was able to find a hole and he patched it up well. Since then, I have not had any issues with rodents. I was pleased with the service. I have used them in the past as well with positive experiences.

I worked with Larry for this service. He was very thorough, friendly, and informative. We walked through the entire house, all the while he sprayed insecticide in common insect access areas and "travel routes". He also went out of his way to briefly inspect a crawl space I had not yet accessed that he said is a common area to find mice or bats, even though this was not part of the service. On comment I would make is that when getting this type of service in general, not just with this provider, I would recommend keeping wall spaces as open and accessible as possible to get optimal coverage. I had just recently moved into the house, so I still had a number of boxes stacked against walls. Understandably, he did not move these items and spray, which I did not expect him to do. That being said, this service was provided about a month ago, and I have yet to see a living spider, box elder bug, centipede, etc., all of which I had seen on occasion beforehand. I am very pleased with the service Larry provided, and would definitely recommend him and West Side Pest Solutions to anyone looking for this kind of treatment.

Took care of an infestation of ants we had in a supporting wall if our landscaping.

They helped get rid of carpenter ants. The company was great to work with, and we haven't seen an ant since the treatment.

It did not work out. After a couple of phone calls, they decided my property was too big for the deal to cover. I had another company come out and do the job for less. They were reasonably responsive.

The service provided went well. I used one Big Deal and it covered my needs. They're very knowledgeable and over all they're very thorough with the service.

Great service! No bug problems this year!

Larry called almost immediately after purchasing the Angie's Deal. He worked with our schedule and came on time on the specified day (early actually which worked out very well for both of us). Larry did a thorough inside and outside of the home and filled any suspected holes. He did inform me there would still be a few mice in the next few weeks. He was willing to come back if what he did didn't stop the mice problem. We called Larry back almost a month later and he instructed us on what to do in the area he was not able to access due to landscaping. He came up with a solution for us to do until we can remove the landscaping blocks next spring. He came to check our work and to offer further recommendations. Larry was very kind, knowledgeable and offered great service. We spoke with Larry's son, also in the business, on the phone when calling back and he was very much the same as Larry. We will definitely use West Side Pest Solutions in the future.

It was very good. The gentleman came and was very kind. He did a great job. The bees left and never came back. He was very professional and nice. He knows what he is doing. I would definitely use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I've used them twice and it was very good. The results were effective and they explained things as they went along .They gave me hints and tips as they discovered things. I didn't spend any additional. I didn't do any comparative shopping.

I had trouble with Mice in my home and Larry and Larry Jr came in to inspect the outside of my house. They did a fantastic job and sealed the house from outside and we did not see the house. Both came on time as promised, were extremely polite and very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I had another issue today and Larry willingly came and helped me.

As said above, the provider decided, after looking around my house foundation, that he couldn't really do what is needed to prevent rodent entrance to my house. He sold me some traps to put around the house.

He was very punctual and polite, did a very thorough examination inside and on the outside perimeter of the house (on hands and knees all the way around!), blocked up some small holes and left bait traps for mice outside and in the crawlspace of the garage. All for that one price.

great. They did the job effectively

He spent time, on a very cold morning, going around the exterior of the house on his hands and knees to inspect every inch. There were two areas he was able to immediately repair and pointed out another that a handy man would need to help with. Larry took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, how the repairs were made and signs to watch for in the future. I would highly recommend Larry!!

It turned out great. So far we haven't had any mice. He did a good job sealing all the holes and telling us what to do. Once we got the initial 6 mice, we haven't had any. He came out a day or two after the deal was purchased. It was really quick. He is very personable and very nice young man. The price is very good. I've already recommended them to two other families.

Great! Very thorough and knowledgeable. I know have the piece of mind that there shouldn't be any more mice getting into the house! Larry was also very patient in explaining what to look out for in case there were any other future issues.

They were great! Last year we had a huge problem with bugs inside and outside our house. West Side said they would solve our problems and they did. WIth a session in the spring and fall our house is covered all year.

They did an excellent job. They were very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly and gave us great advice. We caught 5 mice the first night and 4 mice the second night.

The critters got past the foam. Larry came back immediately to install a stronger foam. So far, so good. Larry was very helpful in providing ideas for a permanent solution to my problem.
