It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great. He came out right away and explained to me what he thought the issues were. All the advice he gave me was good because I don't have mice anymore. More or less I was kind of paying for advice on how to get rid of mice in my house. He was very friendly and prompt. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and giving me the advice on what I needed to do. I feel like I got my money's worth out of it. I think I would have paid twice as much if I'd had somebody else come out. I would definitely use them again.

I was impressed and recommended West side pest solutions to my neighbor, who was also very happy with the service. Very professional, knowledgeable, and really wanted the job done well. Customer service was key and I wish more businesses were run with this level of care and quality.

They called right away and also were quick to answer email. Arrived on time. He spent about 2 hours checking and sealing areas of possible entry. I have had an occasional mouse every fall. He said I may have one or two still in the house after he finished and to give it a couple of weeks. Indeed I did have two. One was caught by my cat the other in a trap he set. I have not had one since but that usually is the case once the cold winter sets in. Next fall I will know for sure if the sealing worked. I hope I dont need him again. :-)

WAAAY above and beyond. He educated me, found signs of mice, laid a bunch of traps (caught 2 within 2 weeks, NONE since), and just plain exceeded all expectations. Very very very happy and eager to recommend them!

Quickly determined that I had an infestation of grain beetles. I had to throw out all flour, grains, rice, cereal and anything related that could be food for them. The pest control man sprayed but told me it could take a couple of weeks for the beetles to completely be gone. At that time, I was getting 1-4 beetles a day. Currently, they are down to 1 or 2 a week.

I had a mouse in my basement and when I called them, they came right away the next day. I absolutely hate mice!!! He set traps and he made sure that when I wentdownstairs to do laundry, I wouldn't see them. He came the next day and found that there wasn't a mouse. He set additional traps and provided even better bait for them. He showed me where the mouse had been in the basement by pointing out the mouse droppings. He continued to come back and check the traps every day or two for over a week. We never caught the mouse and was convinced it had gotten out where it had come in. He searched the entire house for additional mouse droppings and did not find anything more. The mouse was gone!!! I was so happy! On his 2nd visit, he looked all around the foundation of the house and the garage to determine where the mouse got in. He found there was a tiny hole by my sump pump so he plugged it up. He also saw that I had a hollow spot under my back steps where animals might make a home. He also plugged that so that nothing could live there anymore. He was very knowledgable and professional. I have dogs and each time he came into the house, he even greeted my dogs and interacted with them for a few minutes. I would definitely hire him again!

I’ve been having a few mice come into my house every year for the last few years. I’ve tried to find the entry spots and fill them and I always think I resolved the problem until I see the evidence of a mouse in my house. I’ve never had mice in my house and I really, really don’t like sharing my house with them. Larry was on time and had another person with him. They split up and Larry went to my basement (not much bigger than a crawl space) and his partner went outside to find the entry spots. Larry was very nice, funny, helpful and engaging. Not more than 30 minutes later all entry points were filled and Larry told me to call him if I had any issues but he was confident I would see no more mice. The man was correct. There has been no evidence of mice in the house. I will never wait and think I can fix the pest problem again. I will call him immediately. There was absolutely no reason that I should have put up with a pest when Larry will come and eliminate the problem so easily.

We had a infestation of box elder bugs over the winter and into the spring so I called Westside Pest Solutions. The owner explained that spraying for them in the spring would be a waste of my money because they'd be gone in 2 weeks and return in the fall. He recommended treating them in the fall instead. So I put a reminder on my calendar and called Westside again in the fall and he came out and sprayed for them in October. This winter we have had almost zero box elder bugs and only a few Asian lady beetles. The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with the service and would definitely use them again.

Came out quickly to help with a mouse problem. Filled holes and set traps. Came out again when mice were still being seen. Very responsive and professional, would recommend and use again if needed.

West Side Pest Solutions showed up within two days of ordering and found all the holes where the mice were getting into the house in a single visit. I haven't had a problem since. He did a great job.
