These folks were great! Professional, informative and courteous.

It turned out great. They found the problem and they fixed it. We haven't any problem since and we're very pleased with it. I don't have anything to compare for their price but I know it is a good deal.

The big deal from West Side Pest Solutions was reasonably fine. They provided solution for mice. They were probably fine. There was snow around the foundation so they couldn't really look very good. Maybe it is not good to have them out at that time of the year next time. I think they were fine. It seemed like they were fine. We will know more later next year if they solve that problem. I am kind of done with this part, everything is fine. They were fine with professionalism. I will use them again in the future.

From start to finish, everyone I spoke with at West Side Pest Solutions was friendly, informative and professional. It was a great experience. Would use them again. I generally get the foundation of my house looked at by pest control every other year or so.

The work did not take place they said the deal was not good during early winter months. I did not get a refund from Angie's list either. Very dissatisfied with this.

Larry Sr and Larry Jr did an excellent job of assessing both the interior and exterior of our home, setting multiple traps, and providing helpful advice for preventing mice in our home. Larry Jr examined the exterior of our home and sealed/caulked any holes to prevent mice from entering. Both are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Having mice is rather awful and they put my mind at ease that the problem is handled and they will follow-up with us if we see evidence of mice in the future. I cannot say enough good things about West Side Pest Solutions. They are wonderful and I would highly recommend them!

The service was top notch all the way. Larry responded to my initial voicemail immediately and really knew what he was talking about. He and his son showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and went to town on the ants. It's been 5 weeks since treatment was applied, and the only ants I've seen have been DEAD ones -- just the way I like 'em. Larry plans to return this spring to spray around the exterior of the home to ensure the ants don't take up residence inside next year. A great experience overall.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment and we got one in a week. They confirmed, called first, and showed up on time. They were very helpful and we have not had any more mice since they sealed the hole(s) where they determined the mice were entering.

Within two days mouse was caught in trap......no more issues that I can tell, no more caught in traps set.

He took his time inspecting the entire home. Answered all of our questions. He was very professional and helpful.

Father/son team were great. I had a mouse issue in our kitchen. They came out within a couple of days and did a thorough search of the outside and inside of house. Holes plugged. Mouse caught but a week later found more mouse droppings. They came out immediately, checked again and explained that it was likely this last mouse had been caught inside once holes pulled; mouse ate reserves and came out when he needed food. Since I caught last mouse, no further issues!

They need to return when the problem continued after a week. Made further recommendations at no further cost. Excellent service.

Larry and Larry were great. They checked inside and out and found a hole where mice were coming in. They sealed the hole and fixed the problem. I could not be happier to be rid of the mice.

The owner and his son arrived on time and promptly went to work outside and inside the house and garage. In the two weeks prior to hiring West Side Pest Solutions (through Angie's List Big Deal ) I had caught 8 mice in traps in the house. Since then I have had no mice or even a suspicion of mice anywhere in the house!

I called and I believe it was Larry who promptly called me back and came out that afternoon. He looked, and thoroughly explained the situation to me. We decided that since I was having a roof put on, we needed to treat the nest, and he did. Within 24 hours, there was no sign of wasp life in the back yard anymore. The real test came when we finished raking up the leaves they had come out of that weekend, and no resurgence. Larry could not have been a more professional and friendly person to work with. I have told my family of him, and will use his services this Spring if my ants come back.

Went around the house through the relatively deep snow and sought out and plugged some holes, then installed 2 outdoor feeders and a few snap traps indoors. The problems have disappeared

At the end of their visit, they told me they wouldn't be charging me anything as I didn't have a true problem. I was impressed with their kindness, professionalism, and decency. If I ever do end up having a major issue in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were having issues with mice in our basement. West Side show up promptly and found some areas next to the foundation, where they were entering. They sealed the holes and 2+ months later?still no mice. I would highly recommend West Side to anyone looking to keep mice out of their house.

The visits went well. They were on time, they took their shoes off, and they were knowledgeable and professional. They treated the area where we've seen the most ants, and they asked to be called back if we saw more. More ants appeared, West Side came back, treated a specific area near where they thought the ant nest was, and the problem has been solved. We would certainly hire them again.

The two guys who came out were fabulous. We caught six mice over a few days after securing the food and stuffing the outdoor access. Over the past two weeks we have only caught one mice so we think the problem is resolved which was a nice surprise.
