We found we had mice burrowing under the siding on one side of our house. Larry found the siding was not attached properly allowing the mice to get underneath. He provided us with some recommendations on how to proceed with fixing the siding and sold and set up a mouse trap by the opening which should eliminate the existing mice. Larry was quick to accomodate our needs and provided us with some good solutions. We would definitely use him again for any future pest control needs.

I had to call a few times, but he was responsive and I didn’t have any issues with scheduling. There was one technician. He did a walkthrough and found a few spots where mice could be entering. He covered and plugged the holes. He told us that we could call if we had any problems, and we never needed service again. He was nice and professional.

We still see the female ants, but overall the ant infestation is much better.

They inspected the whole inside and outside of house, and gratefully, the problem was contained in the attic. There were small openings noticed on the outside of house that were thought to be areas of entrance; they closed these off. Traps were also set inside and outside the home. Larry and his son were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional (including patient; they returned twice for followup). He even offered advise on another house issue he noticed which prevented a potential costly repair! Great service!

The two gentlemen were professional, personable and very friendly. They answered all my questions and were great about setting expectations. Note: We later saw ants again about a few weeks after and them about a month later, however, within 24 hours they crossed over what ever they put down took it back to home base and were never seen again. Great job. These guys were great! I highly recommend them.

I called Larry Tuesday evening and he was at my home the following morning at 7AM. I bought the Big Deal and he spent almost 2 hours sealing off all the entrances that the mice had been getting in through. He also sprayed the perimeter of our home to keep out the black carpenter ants we have. We have an infant and a pet that will be staying with us and he explained the safety of the products he'd be using (only used simple traps with peanut butter bait inside the home) to take care of our pests. He was extremely polite, professional, responsive and patient with all my questions. Couldn't be happier with our decision to work with him. Ryan

Problem was not solved. Ended up dealing with it ourselves. No, I would not hire them again. Just not my personality. I'm not sure how to explain that. But just didn't click well with staff.

Larry came out on time, he managed to fit us in within a few days fortunately, Larry started by actually looking at my home to check that they were actually Carpenter Ants and to see the severity of my infestation. Larry then took time to explain the procedure that he was about to do and to answer all the questions that I had in relation to the ants, he was very clear and concise with his information. Larry was uber professional, polite, kind and very respectful, he was a delight to have working on my home, he is also extremely child friendly, which is very handy especially during the school holidays lol There were no foul odors from the treatment, no inconvenience to my family nor any problems afterwards. I have not seen ANY ants or any other bugs since, the service was GREAT. Larry went above and beyond to give me additional advise on other issues he spotted with my home, for which I am truly greatfull, I will be calling upon Larry for his services annually.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We didn't pay any additional. He did what we thought he had hired him to do but the next time he comes out in August, we want him to spray inside. We wondered why he didn't spray inside, like in the basement area, because we have little spiders. They are not that bad because they catch the mosquitoes. We didn't have any issues. He was very informative and helped us understand Minnesota because we moved from Arizona. I had a lot of questions and he answered them patiently. We used to have an exterminator come regularly when we lived in Arizona and he said that we didn't want to do that here because we would be wasting our money. He was very practical and gave me good advice. He told me they need to come twice a year for specific things. He said that he would call in August to follow up and schedule a time to come for the fall visit. The price was okay. He was very responsive on getting to us and scheduling.

I didn't pay more than the $99. There was one gentle man and he came when he said he was going to. This was something we didn't have to be home for. He just worked around outside. He came and went right to work.

I received a call back and service the same day I called to schedule. The owner was professional, answered all my questions and was is a very pleasant man.

The service went great. They were able to get out to my home right away. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. Scheduling was very easy.

Ordered the deal for interior pest spray but was recommended I did exterior first to see how that goes(no additional charge). He came out quick and the new bugs went away after 3 days(11 days faster then he said). Good experience will call upon again for interior when the time comes.

I tried the hardware store and after spending $30 bucks stopped zero ants. Reason I did not know where they were coming from. I called West Side Pest and Larry returned my call in 2 hours. I explained the issue to him and he asked me some questions about trees and thought he had a good idea where the issues was. Larry arrived that afternoon and gave me a 30 minute I am coming call. Once he showed up he looked at the issue for 10 minutes on my deck he diagnosed the issue and sprayed tree and base of home. Larry said the ants would be gone in a week or less and boom not an ant on my decks in 3 days. WOW! Bottom line forget the hardware store and call the pros. Larry was on time, on budget and very professional.

I had an obvious ant infestation in one of my downstairs wooden windows with what appeared to be wood froth on the windowsill. I vacuumed it up repeatedly only to have it reoccur. I googled it and decided it was carpenter ants: very scary. I searched on Angie's List and found West Side Pest Solutions, very highly recommended with more than 500 reviews as well as a discount coupon. I called early in the morning and Larry called me back within the hour. He made an appointment to come to my home later that same afternoon. He surveyed the window and immediately told me he had good news: they were not carpenter ants but pavement ants. Good news as they're smaller and more easily dealt with. He treated the area in question and also treated the outside of my home. Larry is a real people person in addition to being very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had on a myriad of related issues and gave me much good advice about critter problems (chipmunks) I've been having problems with. He told me what I could expect over the next few days and guaranteed the work for a year. He suggested I have estimates on window replacement since there has been a lot of water damage to the window, probably what attracted the ants in the first place. I can't say enough good things about Larry and his incredibly timely visit. I have a lot more peace of mind now, knowing the problem has been dealt with and will be calling Larry annually just to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Larry and his company to anyone needing similar services and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I have had him come over on a prior occasion as well. He's on time, professional, and very reasonable cost wise. This time I had a Big Deal. He was very flexible with setting up a time and gave me great advice.

They came on time. Explained the process and a bit of background on rats, mice and other possible rodents. They inspected the interior and exterior of our house looking for possible entry points and set up a few traps. They sealed the few entry points and explained what to keep an eye out for. We haven't seen the rat since so I'm calling it successful! They were very nice and informative. I would use them again, but hopefully won't have to!!

Technician (a nice guy) arrived the next day to treat the house. Last year we had large ants in the house until we had this same provider come out. This year we used them earlier in the season with the same great results.

Larry sprayed the outside and inside of our home for ants. The treatment worked and we haven't been bothered by them since.
