They did a good job, and I haven’t seen a mouse for at least a year since they performed the service. Scheduling was fairly quick. They came out and found where the mice were getting in through. I was pretty happy with them.

Contacted me extremely soon after I e-mailed; gave good recommendations and was out the next day. Even called to come early to beat an incoming rain storm. Good diagnosis, problem-solving and friendly and professional service.

My call was answered quickly and an appointment made for the next day to treat a wasp nest hanging from a low tree branch. Larry was prompt and efficient. He went around the rest of my yard and treated a few more wasp nests. Great service and no additional cost for the additional treatments. We will definitely use them again in the future.

They plugged some holes to keep the mice out of the attic. The customer service was excellent. The guy knew his craft well and had been in business for long time.

He came out exactly when he said he would, and on only one day's notice. He was timely, knowledgable, and the job he did was great, as he did get rid of my problem. We had fast communication through Angies List and set up a time/date for 8-10am. Larry was here at about 7:45am which was great considering we had to go to work! He was very nice and professional. He sprayed the whole outside of our house and detached garage for ants. We had carpenter ants behind our siding and he said this would end up killing them. He told us to call if there were any ants and he would come back and spray again! After he was done we had a nice conversation and it was obvious he did care about his customers! There were able to come out within a couple of days after purchased the deal. We had purchased the deal to ensure that we had no types of pest or rodent troubles. The technician spent about two hours on the job. It was fine experience.

It went just fine. They are great! They came out to treat for bees and wasps. I've used them in the past year previously.

Our experience was a little underwhelming. As a result of their visit, the ants haven't been a problem since, but we aren't sure if they inspected beyond the areas we were concerned with. It would have been nice if they had conducted a thorough inspection and sprayed around the rest of the foundation of our home, so that we could be confident that we got all of the ants. We'll wait and see if they return or we see any sign of them in other areas.

The service went well. The technician did a nice job and the service seems to be working so far. I am trying to get rid of centipedes. The technician even did a little extra work for me. I need to follow up on finding out when they are coming back out for additional service. That was the only detail left unclear after the service was completed. He completed the service in about 40 minutes. HE was very respectful and friendly. I had no problems contacting the company or scheduling the service.

Orkin would've been $100 more. Plus, Larry is cool and knows what he's doing.

Their visit went very well. Larry and his son came out and they very quickly and efficiently rid my house of the ants. They allayed my concerns about there being a possible destructive ant nest in the house and they eliminated the ants. I had used them on a mouse problem several months earlier and they had done an excellent job then, so I had them come for the ants. I am glad I did. The eliminated the ant problem very quickly and were very friendly while they were doing it. They take away the trauma of pest removal and remove the pests very effectively. And they are very friendly and accommodating too. I will definitely use them for any future pest problems that I have.

Larry and his son came over and determined that I had entry points in my outside wall and foundation for the mice to come in. They very efficiently and effectively solved the problem so that I had caught only one mouse in one of the interior traps they left me during the following week and I have not had a mouse in my house during the ensuing 17 months. So, they basically really took care of the problem; blocking all of the entrances so that the mice have not been able to get in since. They are wonderful people to work with. They and knowledgeable, informative and effective. In addition. They are very friendly and accommodating. No question that I will contact them if I have a pest problem. In fact, I did ask them to come out again three months later when I had an unseasonable ant problem, and of course they solved it efficiently. By all means, contact them when you have a pest problem.

I'd had Larry out at the end of June to treat an ant infestation in a lower level wooden window. Within the past few days, having been clear of ants for a month, I saw more ants. They looked ill but I thought it best to have Larry come out again just to be sure all was well. Larry had given me a one year guarantee on his service so I didn't hesitate. He came out the very next day after I called. He confirmed that, indeed, most of the ants were dead but that the reproducing ants can lie dormant until they choose to breed. He treated them at no cost. The day I called to make the appointment was also a day we noticed a hive in the tree in our front yard, no more than 30 ft from our front door in a residential neighborhood. Very scary. It was fortuitous that Larry had already planned to come. He immediately identified them as bald-faced hornets and donned his bee suit to treat them with a chemical dust that would leave the hive dead within 24 hrs. Larry asked about the neighborhood, especially children, to be able notify them if needed since the wasps would be very angry for up to a 20 minute period. He warned a neighbor outside and another contractor visiting another home so they would be safe. Add to all of this, Larry's delightful conversational skills and wealth of knowledge about the insect world and it all adds up to a wonderful and very skilled contractor. I definitely recommend Westside Pest Solutions with highest praise and without reservation.

I bought the special and within 10 minutes I got a call and the next day they were out to do the service. After they did there first treatment it did not completely remove the ants so they came out again I have not seen any ants since. Did a great job and above and beyond what I bought.

Larry is really fantastic. I am not one with nature and HATE creepy crawlies. He is an A++++++ provider across the board. He is reasonably priced, he is very responsive and a great communicator and he does a really nice job. Highly recommended.

Larry is absolutely wonderful. An absolute joy to work with. He was professional, punctual, and responded to all of my questions. He arrived promptly, removed a wasp nest we'd found and another he found after an inspection. We didn't have any more problems with wasps that year, so obviously he did a good job!
