After seeing a mouse in the house in late August, I set a trap, caught the mouse and called Westside. Last year they had sealed up mouse entrance points but a mouse got in again. See above for details of service performed.

I found West Side Pest Solutions on Angie's List and can now attest to their A rating. Larry is fantastic! He's personable, on-time, knowledgable and well priced. I have common centipedes, spiders and silver fish in our home. I would say I'm on the sensitive side to these insects and use West Side Pest Solutions to limit them. Larry has completed two treatments on both the interior and exterior on a 3-4 month basis. He is honest and gives realistic expectations of treatment. His expertise and service has really helped keep our numbers to a minimum. In addition, we run a dehumidifier around the clock in our basement and keep a very clean home. I would recommend moving furniture and other items to the center of areas being treated so Larry can thoroughly spray the perimeter. I will continue to use West Side Pest Solutions and would most certainly recommend Larry.

Larry was great. My husband was there when he was providing the service. He provided information and advice to my husband about how to best prevent mice in the future. Once Larry set the traps in the attic, we caught several and haven't heard from them since. I believe the problem is solved!

The provider was very knowledgable about ants and pests and really took the time to inform me and educate me about carpenter ants and how to best proceed in tackling the problem. I really trusted his knowledge and appreciated that he took the time to educate me rather than just going through the motions of getting the job done and leaving me without an understanding. The problem was resolved following his visit.

It was good. We had mice problems. They set some traps and sealed up any points of entry.

He was very friendly. He treated various areas and did a very good job. There was some confusion about how the treatments were done as far the poison being sprayed, especially in my kitchen.

it took them 2 times to get the ants out and gone. while the guy was here, he sort of roamed around and made comments about our house-like "where did you get that" or "thats really different" referring to our flooring or whatever. just weird. at the end of the day, the ants disappeared. but, i'd probably use someone else.

Larry called to schedule within minutes of my submitting the service request on Angie's List. He came very quickly (<48 hours, and on a Saturday!) Larry identified the area where mice had dug a hole to get down to a flaw in the foundation. He filled the flaw with something from a large tube, then covered the filler with dense metal mesh, then filled in the whole with dirt/mulch. He filled a couple of other potential entry points and installed two exterior bait stations in places alongside the house that mice were likely to explore.

We have not seen any ants since they have been by. There were no issues scheduling with them.
