We had about one mouse caught in our traps since we bought the house, and we decided it was time to get someone out to take a look. Larry was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about where the mice might be getting in and looking for potential nesting sites inside of the house. He found no prolonged evidence of them being inside of the house, so he looked all around outside. He found a few areas that they were potentially getting in, so he sealed them up with steel wool and a foam. He also set more traps inside of the house and baited all of them with peanut butter. It's been four months and we haven't had another one caught. I would definitely recommend Larry - he has a passion for what he does and he does it well.

They ended up getting the carpenter ants away. They had to come back the second time. They came promptly. They did the job and when I noticed some issues a couple of days later, they came back out immediately. I never had any ants issue after that. My experience with them was fine. It was a father and son team.

We think it was fine. I wasn’t here but my husband was here. They got us in right away and they came on time. We think our experience was just fine. We haven’t spoken to them since they were out here. We didn’t have any major complaints. We haven’t needed a follow up treatment or anything like that. We had the big deal but it seemed a little expensive for what they did. We didn’t have any problems with the quality. Their responsiveness was good and we had no complaints with their punctuality. They were actually late but they called to say that they were going to be late, which was fine. We would surely use them again in the future if we needed to.

It turned out really well. They actually came back. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and what they advertise. We're really happy with them. My wife just talked with them a week ago. They did a really good job. My wife was really happy. They came out right away and didn't charge any extra. They actually came back for follow out. I don't remember when that was, if it was supposed to be a year after or what. I know they did come back and looked. There wasn't any recurrence or anything. The price is right.

I only talked with them once when I submitted the order and then they actually interacted with my property managers. It was fine and was all through Angie's List website. I haven't had any complaints since, so I guess it went fine.

He was amazing. He was super quick to respond and schedule the appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I even called him several times after he performed his service, and he was super helpful and talked me through what to expect, timing of full eradication, etc. All the mice are finally gone!!!!!

Larry was great, he was there on time and ready to go. We had just purchased this town home in plymouth and just before we moved in we started seeing strong traces of Mice. I called Larry and he assured me he could take care of my problem. When Larry came he first examined the outside of our home and found 3 possible ways the mice could get in. He immediately sealed all 3 holes and then came inside and laid out traps every where possible that the mice would come. He told me to call him in 2 weeks if the problem persisted. We caught a total of 8 mice the first week and half I called Larry because the first 2 days I had caught 4 and thought my problem could be larger than expected. Larry told me to give it 2 weeks and lets see, well Larry was 100% right I have not seen or caught 1 mouse in the last week. I have put down dicon to make sure that if anything was left it would get killed. We have not had any problems since we caught all 8. Larry knows his business and if you have this problem I would call him right away.

He came out sooner than I expected because in the Fall many people have mouse activity. He said I should continue to trap mice but call after 7 - 10 days if we are still trapping mice. We called after 12 days when we were still getting a few. He came out the new day, he found a couple more spots to fill then put a bait trap outside. We have not had any activity since. I was very happy with their responsiveness and effectiveness.

Did good work. Found and filled two places on the outside of the house where mice could be getting in. Caught one mouse the day after service, haven't seen or caught any since then.

Great service. He gave a three month guarantee and just showed up periodically to check the exterior and put down more poison around former entry points.

It turned out pretty well and we caught a lot of mice. The pricing seemed a little bit pricey. Larry was very good and sealed off areas mice were likely entering. We will likely call Larry back as we are having a current issue with a chipmunk.

Larry is very responsive and knows what he is doing. After sealing the entry holes and setting traps, he was always available by phone or via email and answered follow up questions that we had. He came over to the house again when we wondered whether we had solved the problem. We recommend Larry strongly.

He came and was timely. He was easy to deal with and very pleasant. The pest did go away and he only sprayed inside. He was supposed to spray the outside and it was not included in the first price. He did do what he promised to do. I did get what I paid for. The owner came out and he was very knowledgeable. I did not have to pay extra. He was easy to work with and on schedule.
