The Exterminator found a number of possible spaces/holes around my foundation and in garage that mice/chipmunks may have entered my basement and wall spaces. He informed me that my bird feeders were much too close to the house, which then attracted the mice & chipmunks. I really appreciated this info, and immediately relocated the feeders far from house. He also set several mouse traps in the basement and one "live" trap outside the house along foundation. He said to leave this live trap alone, and that he'd be back in a couple of weeks to remove it. Unfortunately, he has yet to return, and the trap is still here. While I did appreciate all that the information he gave me, I feel that it wasn't worth the $239 for less than an hour's work, and a handful of basic old wooden mouse traps left in the basement.

Perfect. Larry was professional but friendly. He removed shoes without my asking. He definitely knows his stuff! I should add that i had another company come and treat carpenter ants. The ants cam back in 6 months and the company requires a treatment every 6 months. Westside Pest is different. There have been no sign of ants since they came out a year ago. What we did this year was strictly preventative. I will use West Side every year.

Larry responded within hours, arrived the next day, and sprayed both indoors and outdoors for ant control. I connected with Larry through Angies List (after reading the good reviews) because I noticed many wasps appearing in a particular area outside my back deck door this spring. I sent him a photo of a wasp and he replied immediately to tell me it was a paper wasp. I was able to schedule a appointment with him easily and quickly and he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and looked at the problem areas outside my house prior to applying an exterior insect treatment. Larry's prices are very reasonable and his warranty is better than some of the other pest control services I have used in past years. I will definitely call Larry If I have any additional insect/pest problems and I will recommend his services to my friends. Thanks very much Larry!

It was good. They could have come the next day but it wasn't convenient for us to be home so they came three days later. They were very prompt at replying and came when they said they would and convenient.

called and it just so happened that larry was between appointments and not far from my house. he came right over and was able to remove nests and spray to hopefully prevent return. he was so friendly and such a pleasure to work with. i will surely be recommending him to friends and family.

He was great. He is an old-school no-games expert who is direct and to the point. When I started asking questions he was happy to take the time to answer everything, even about other kinds of potential pests and what I could do myself to avoid them or treat them. This was one of the best experiences I have had with bringing someone into my home for services. I highly recommend him.

Great! sent a message to them via'a Angies list to ask the best path for my issues (i had ants and spiders) and Larry confirmed that the angies list deal would be the best route for me. I bought the deal, and they were out 1 think 2 days later. Showed up on time, asked me to confirm the issues and walked the house with me to see where I was finding the bugs. Then got to work and sprayed inside & out. Will definitely use again.

My husband and I both enjoyed working with Larry. He responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was on site within 48 hours. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Heinspected the property (less than an hour), located a few entrance points where mice were getting into the home, inspected/knocked down an old beehive, and laid a few preventative mouse traps. While it turned out we do not have a current 'issue', he gave us a lot of great information about we can do to prevent mice from returning to our garage walls in fall (as he wisely pointed out, they aren't hanging out indoors during the spring). We can easily (and cheaply) lay traps ourselves and 'see what we have'; however, his inspection gave us a lot of piece of mind. He even offered some suggestions of how we can protect ourselves from future issues through some simple fixes to our already planned renovation (no extra costs or abatement suggested). Very nice and incredibly responsive. A great guy to work with and have his number handy....that you will hopefully never need to call.

This went well for us. They showed up on time and we had no problems. I would use this provider in the future.

We called, and Larry said he could be out that day, which was wonderful because we had ants in several places in our house. We had tried using a Terro ant powder and Terro liquid ant killer, but nothing worked. Larry said none of those will get rid of ants; those products just make the ants move to a different spot in the house. He checked to see where we were having problems and explained what the chemical was that he would be using. He also said he would treat the exterior of our home. He was very personable and careful as he went around our home. We felt safe that what he was using would be safe around our pets. (In fact it is a dilute form of the stuff we put on our pets to keep them free of fleas and ticks). Larry treated the inside of our home, the outside of our home, and the wood retaining walls around our yard. He was very friendly and took his time to do his work. He told us what to expect after he left - the ants we would see would be "deadmen walking." In one room we did see all kinds of ants crawling back and forth before we went to bed. The next morning, all the ants were gone. We have not seen a single ant anywhere in our home since. There was no bad odor from the chemical he used. We will have Larry back next year to treat the outside of our home, which he says will keep them from coming inside again. That fee is less than what the inside/outside treatment was. We would highly recommend them to anyone with an ant problem.

Larry and Larry were the best pest control people I have ever worked with... they had everything, personality, curtesy, professionalism. They treated the inside of the house and gave me an education on what was happening - which I really appreciated. They also made sure that my dog was not in anyway going to be affected by the treatment. I would highly recommend their services to ANYONE who needed pest control for ANY reason. They love what they do... which is to help people keep their homes ... theirs... and not for insects or other animal intruders.

Larry was really pleasant and knowledgeable. The service was super fast and effective. Within 2 weeks we had no more ants in the house.

They were excellent. They went around the exterior of the house and found some cracks that could be where the mice were entering. They checked some areas that we had feeding bates. They put some steel wool in the places the mice might have been getting in. Very friendly, respectful and clean.

The service was great. Larry is extremely professional. In less than 1 hour he found the issue, close the mice entrances and set up the traps. We found a couple of dead mice but no more than that. The problem was solved.

They were prompt and took care of the issues. I would use them in the future.
