He was a very smooth installer, efficient, and friendly. The only glitch was the repair person showing up before I expected him to. I thought it was scheduled between 9 and noon, and he arrived at 8:00am.

It took longer than it would have taken them, but no cost but the time.

I called for service one day, and they were there the next. They had friendly, competent service.

Timely. The installer was very professional. Installation was more than 6 months ago and everything has been working as it should.

It was a very smooth transaction. I requested the service on their web site giving a lot of detail. I got a call on the next business day. I was asked a few questions and they explained how the transaction would be completed. The work was finished by the end of the day.

Arrived promptly at noon, as promised. Completed the work in about 30 minutes, done professionally and accurately. The technician also answered a few questions about our opener that were helpful in setting a new user code. We will have them back, if needed.

Fabulous. When I called around 4 pm, they promised me service the next day. They came when they said they would. The service person was courteous, efficient, and thorough in his work. He explained in detail all that he did. Also, he gave me tips on on-going preventative maintenance of my garage door that I could do.

I found them to be extremely helpful and they were punctual. The guy came out and was very friendly and did good work. The price reasonable.

The work was good. I was especially pleased with how quiet the door operated after the work was done. ONE BIG COMPLAINT: The have a coupon for replacing 2 torsion springs for $155. However, that apparently does not apply to MY garage door. After they came out they said "Your door is a different brand and that price does not apply". However, when I see their coupon here I see no "exceptions". And they didn't ask about this when I called to make the appointment. So, I'm VERY upset with this bait-and-switch tactic. I will not call them again and I caution anyone who calls them that they might do this to you!

As stated above. Don't ask me again, my blood is boiling!

The sales representative, Mr. Lester, scheduled a free estimate promptly. Mr. Lester told me it would take 2 weeks to order the parts once a down payment was received. It took 24 days for the installation to begin. Once the work was complete, the company charged me extra $225 over the original bid of $1,080 for additional work adding a wooden frame to support the torsion bars and an emergency release cable with a lock cylinder in order to open the garage door in case the power failure. I received a call from Mr. Lester explaining the extra charges. I expected that the need to add an additional frame should have been included in the original bid since it was an on-site bid. In addition, although I had not ordered the emergency release I considered it a good idea. Yet, the lock cylinder provided did not work with the key for the door locks. Although Mr. Lester acknowledged my concern he was unwilling to schedule another work order to re-key the lock. The company has only offered $34 refu

Repairman arrived at time promised. Gave me options to repair or replace with clear price information. I chose repair. It was completed in 15 minutes. Simple one page receipt for customer copy.

I called to make an appointment. They took my credit info over the phone. I left the service door unlocked on the day they came to do the tune-up. It was performed while I was at work. When I came home the door was locked and they left the bill inside the garage. What a painless experience.

Technician evaluated problem. Offered replacement part or new opener. Chose new opener and work was done immediately. Technician very knowledgeable, neat and helpful.

I called Wednesday, they had appointments on Thursday or Friday. They came out Thursday afternoon and installed everything in a couple of hours. Price was $50 higher than quoted over the phone due to larger garage door.

Great. They came within a couple of hours, on a weekend, and got it fixed really quickly. The repairman was professional and friendly, and the cost was probably less than I would have been willing to pay.

Wonderful. I called on Wednesday, and they could have come Thursday, had we been home. Came the first available day- on time. Pleasant, nice young man. Replaced the spring- explained the workings of the door.

Ridge Door is an excellent company and we were very pleased with their product, price and service. We visited the showroom (which is a little bit disorderly, to be honest) to take a look at a few different samples of garage doors. Once we picked out our door, and with measurements already having been done on an earlier visit, we scheduled an installation for about a week later. The work was done on time and without any hassles. The installer even came back a couple days later to make a couple touch-ups to the paint job on the door.

In our limited experience, we have found this company excellent to deal with. Great attitude from office contacts to service providers.

I talked to Larry and was very specific about the date I needed the door installed. He said no problem and we scheduled an appt for him to come out that afternoon for the bid. He measured and wrote up the bid and said 1-2 weeks for delivery. I reminded him of our earlier conversation that I needed the door right away. He then wrote ASAP at the top of the order and said they would do their best. The bid came in higher than what I was expecting and he worked with me on that, but I was worried that he was unable to give me a specific date for the install. He wanted a check for the 50% deposit and I said no unless he could give me a sure date. He said if they couldn't do it he would rip the check up. I was very uneasy with his somewhat forceful sales approach and since I wasn't certain they could do it I had to find another company.

Ridge Door was fantastic to deal with. They met my tight deadline and were professional and friendly.

Called and arranged appointment. They arrived on time and did the work.

They were on time and repaired the door and gave me advice on how to make the repair better without having him do the work and charging me more.
