Great, and we couldn't be happier, especially my husband!

They did a great job, from the time I scheduled to the end result. I even had to change the appointment date, and they were super understanding and flexible to work with. The door now operates very smoothly, and the serviceman was extremely polite and professional.

Easy scheduling, came on time, did service with a friendly service person.

There is not much to say. I called. They showed up same day and eliminated the problem. I expected nothing less and that's exactly what they delivered.

I just didn’t think they offered enough for the price I paid. He came in and squirted some oil on it and switched out the rollers. He was only here for about 10 minutes. It's not that I think he didn't do good work, I have used other deals in the past that I thought had a better price and quality. If I wasn't moving I was going to look into using them to replace the motor.

Metro Door did a thorough job, replaced a couple of parts, looked into some odd noises I had notices and solved the problem. I will definitely go back to them for any future work needed.

After I called in response to the Angie's big deal, I was able to get an appointment within a short period of time. The person came, looked over the door and garage door opener, did some oiling of the hinges, and tightened some bolts. Didn't take very long, and he determined that the door was in fine shape.

The service was as advertised and done professionally.

A week an a half ago we heard a loud 'bang' when our garage door closed. We tried to use the clicker to open the garage but it whinged and groaned and didn't want to lift up. Eventually we found that a spring was hanging limply from the roller rail. We called Metro Garage Door, having worked with them before, to come out and diagnose the problem. 'Scott' came out and reviewed the situation with my husband. He gave us a few options, including that of a new garage door. My husband didn't want to make the decision to get a new door without me (I was unavailable at the time). Scott wrote up a bid and left it with my husband. After we had a chance to discuss the bid, my husband and I decided we didn't want a new garage door, but had some questions about whether all the recommendations could be followed with our old garage door. I called Metro Garage Door before 4:30 p.m. (during their posted work hours) on Friday, and was told I would need to call back on Monday and ask 'Bill' my question. Unfortunately, this meant we had to delay the repair for three days. I called Monday, and Bill assured me that we could do the work we wanted with our old door, then referred me to a scheduler, who helped make an appointment with 'Dana' for the following day. Dana arrived on time, reviewed what we wanted done, then set to work. He waived the service call fee, as was on the original bid. The new opener works beautifully and we're glad to have our garage door operational again.

Overall experience was very good, quick response to phone call, fast and efficient service. Based on prices I have paid in the past when a spring/springs broke I would say their price was right in line with others. I would call this company again for service on my garage doors and/or opener.

They did a great job and were a great company to work with. They gave me the best bid out of three different companies. The only negative was that they charged four times more for the garage door than what I could purchase it for. They responded to my challenge of the garage door price, and lowered the price.

I was not there when they fixed it. They fixed what needed to be done. I would probably use them again.

I called to request pricing and set up a time to have our broken springs and opener replaced. Customer service was courteous and able to give me a quote over the phone. I was able to schedule the work for later that same day. The installer was knowledgeable and professional and finished the complete job in about an hour and a half. After the installation, he cleaned up all the old parts/garbage. I was pleased with the work and will definitely use Metro Garage Door Co in the future.

Gave the company a call on a Thursday at 5pm. They said they could make a regular stop out at one of three times on Friday, I said 12-5pm. The tech called me at 11:50am on Friday, said he was on his way. Showed up right at noon. That right there, is the most amazing thing and I did not expect it. He took a look at the issue, and promptly began to fix what was necessary. After about 45mins, everything was set, and we took care of the bill. Kevin was very professional and did what I asked. The work looks great, and the price seemed fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again if I need garage door help. The only thing I didn't like is that they do take credit cards, but don't have a reader or anything like that with them. So he more or less just took a piece of paper over my card and "imprinted it" by hand. Not really my favorite considering how easy identity theft or stolen credit cards are these days. I would prefer them to swipe it with a Square machine or similar. But overall great service and product.

First time I called there in take service picked that was not much of a pleasant experience. I had to decline. However, the intake service may not have informed the technician who called me. The issue was I requested if someone could give us a call before arriving far in advance than 15 min as customary since we were driving back home. A friendly suggestion is to have their in-take service a bit more professional and not read form script. It was just an odd call. To be fair, I was perturbed by the notion of paying travel charge; in this day and age, oh well. Later on I called on them again as the garage door was getting on my nerves. 2nd call and appointment setting went SMOOTH. Gentleman showed up on time, literally was done in 10 minutes. Fair price. Great maintenance advice, pleasant, professional, and guess what no mention of travel charge. This was a great experience. I suppose going forward, they are ones servicing my garage. Very pleased. Kudos.

I called for an appt; reached someone immediately who scheduled within the time I asked for. Technician was prompt, courteous, efficient. Took less than half an hour. Would recommend highly.

This company installed our door initially and came to do a tune-up when it seemed to be having a bit of trouble operating. The problem was easily solved and the service was prompt and efficient.

He did his repairs and he thoroughly cleaned everything up which was just really nice. I would definitely recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

Slight mix up on scheduling - asked for Wednesday afternoon and they called Tuesday & left message. I called Wed at noon, and, no worries they got me in. CAlled before they showed up, talked thru issues I was having, got to work and less than 1/2 hour later all done. Great. Will definitely call again.
