Description of Work: Three people had 4 hours time to clean, but did not manage to clean all the rooms |(2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom and tv room). They did not clean the kitchen or the tv room and the cleaning of some of the rooms was not as good as expected. The young woman "in charge" was very |polite but I don't know how well the other cleaners were managed. |

Description of Work: Pristine Clean provided cleaning services at our home. I believe Pristine Clean was doubled booked for our appointment and instead of rescheduling, the owner of the company and her daughter came to our house and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: The company agreed to come to my home to provide the service at around 8:30 a.m. However, did not hear from the company. I called the company around 9:30 a.m.; no answer. I called the company again at around 10:30 a.m., at which time someone answered and said she would call "the girls" and have them call me. Approximately 10 minutes later, "the girls" called me and said that she got the houses mixed up due to her "dyslexia" and asked if I wanted to them to still come or did I want to reschedule. I opted to not accept the service and requested a refund.

Description of Work: They did 2 hours of cleaning of $75 over 2 separate visits. Each team of two who visited were very courteous and professional. They went to the extra trouble of vacuuming the stairs. The cloths they used to clean were immaculate! the house felt clean and sanitized.

Description of Work: I bought a special from Angie's list for cleaning. Three Pristine cleaners came and got right to work. Within 45 minutes, the house looked great. I'm planning on using Pristine Cleaning Service again.

Description of Work: Absolute Sparkle cleaned the top two floors of my house and the lower level. They cleaned the bathrooms, vacuumed, dusted, moved rugs to clean and put everything back when they were done.

Description of Work: Update: I just saw the reply to my review in 2012, and appreciate the honest communication. I would consider hiring this company again based on the polite and honest response from the owner. I know companies struggle with the vouchers and I know that what the owner says is true. Thank you for the reply, and I'm sorry I didn't know it was here all along. I bought a Living Social voucher. Absolutely could not get the owner of the company to call me back to schedule an appt. I finally was given credit back by Living Social after leaving around 7 voice mails on my 2nd series of attempts to schedule service. (The first set being before the voucher expired when I was told she'd call back and honor it as soon as her schedule cleared a bit.) I wouldn't trust this unprofessional woman with my chicken coop, let alone my house. If you want your house clean, you might want to call someone who actually returns phone calls and makes appointments.

Description of Work: Under no circumstances should this company be used for house cleaning (we purchased a coupon on crowd cut...silly us). We could not get the company to perform services paid for. On two occasions they tried to show up unscheduled to clean the house and on two occasions they failed to show up period. As a family with two young children our time and efforts are limited this worthless service abused it. To crowd cuts credit, they credited our account saying they've had numerous problems with the company.
