Pristine Clean

Pristine Clean arrived with three people to knock out the work. They did a fantastic job.

Overall good, but were not able to complete the full house in the time allotted while others have been able to complete. Team was professional and did a nice job overall for the price.

Initially we had a scheduling error that could have been partly our fault. However, one the cleaning was completed they did a very nice job. We paid for this service through and Angie's List deal and added a tip. We were very pleased with the results.

It went very well. They did a very good job cleaning the home. I didn't have any problems with it.

There were two people here so the cleaning time was 2 hours. They did a fantastic job. I purchased a "deal" so for $75.00 I was very happy with the work. I would use them again but I just don't have money right now to spend on a cleaner. The company was super fast in responding to my email to schedule the cleaning. I would recommend them and use them again!!

They are in MN and I am in OH. They were very polite in their emails, letting me know that unless I had a house in their area they couldn't do the deal.

This was the first time I have ever used a house cleaning service. Now I,m wondering why I waited so long. The gals did a wonderful job, cleaning beyond my expectations. The house looked great and I have now hired Pristine on a regular basis. The cost is affordable when compared to other companies I contacted. I've never had any sort of housecleaning service, so I don't have much to compare to. My initial thoughts are that the cleaning was good for a two hour job, and would have been spectacular if all 4 hours were used. I have a security system, and even though it was not on for the cleaning, I can see that the cleaner was there for less than 2 hours and I could also only see 1 person at the house. I apologize if there were 2 for 2 hours, but my research does not indicate this. Based on the 2 hours of cleaning, you basically saved me 2 hours of my own work. What I failed to get were the 2 extra hours I paid for that would have provided the deep cleaning I was looking for. Things like dusting in areas I skip like above doors and along the baseboards and above the shower stalls. The items that were cleaned I felt were cleaned well. There was a small nick on the wall in the stairwell going upstairs. No big deal and it happens, probably from a vacuum, I've patched it and repainted it already, but maybe some follow-up or some sort of communication would have been nice, maybe just to say sorry. A rundown of services provided during the cleaning would be something that I would recommend and would go a long way to show you care about your customers. Overall, I'm not disappointed because it was only $75, but the company did not do anything to win me over as a customer. I think that is the ultimate goal of a business, so it baffles me why this opportunity didn't seem to mean much to the company. Next time I will try another company and then I'll have something to compare this experience to.

Great! Normally after a cleaner comes I wind up having to finish cleaning things they miss, but these ladies did an excellent job. Everything was dusted, wiped down, polished etc. Great job!

Everything was just fine. It was just what I had hoped for.

They reached out to us after we purchased the big deal. We’ve emailed back and forth quite a few times. We are having some construction done around our home so we are waiting for that to be finished before scheduling.

I was very happy and impressed with this cleaning service. I consider my home harder to clean as i have light floors and live in country with pets and they did an excellent job. I hope to schedule as a regular service.

They were thorough, efficient and quick.

I was happy with everything they did. Communication was a bit off, probably because of my lack of experience in having housecleaners: when they came they asked if I had any special requests. I asked them if they could do about 5 things that I thought were above and beyond normal housecleaning (eg mopping basement floor) and they said yes. About half way into their time I realized they were doing only those things, and would not have time to do the "normal" housecleaning chores. To their credit they did switch gears and do regular things like the bathrooms. Next time I would be more clear about what I wanted done in order of priority.

I signed up for a 4 hour cleaning through a "big deal" as I have been unhappy with my bi-weekly cleanng service and thought this was a great opportunity to try someone new. I was pleasantly surprised as they were very detail oriented and cleaned areas that had been missed by my bi-weekly cleaning crew. I'm very happy with the service and would hire them again!

The house looked and smelled great.

The scheduling went very well. We requested a change of the original date and they did not have a problem with that. They arrived on the new date at the time they said would arrive. They did an excellent job cleaning and the house looked great when they were done. My wife works from home, so she was home during the clean and she told me how nice and polite the cleaners were. We contacted Pristine Clean after the clean for a quote. We now have them coming every 2 weeks.
