Pristine Clean

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List "big deal", $75 for 4 hours of cleaning. Setting up an appointment was easy. The cleaner arrived a little late due to car trouble, but everything else went very well. In 4 hours, she vacuumed, mopped, and dusted throughout the house (I have a Lab/Husky mix so that's quite a chore even though it's not a big house) and cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen. |When my (fastidious housekeeper) mom came to visit a few days later without knowing this had been done, she commented on how great the house looked and that she hoped I hadn't spent all day cleaning, so I definitely feel like I got my money's worth!

Description of Work: Focused on bathrooms and kitchen and did a great job. Pleasant, hard working and efficient. Definitely will be calling them back.

Description of Work: They were prompt with email responses - we were pretty flexible on the date/time of service. They weren't able to accommodate any of my first choices, but once they gave me a date, they did stick to it. I had to follow up to confirm time the day before, since I hadn't heard back in a couple of weeks, at which point they asked to move my time out by a couple of hours. Then day of, they were running about 15 minutes late, but they did call to let us know. One of the cleaners was a little more thorough than the other, but she was the one who did all the bathrooms and the most critical spaces, which I appreciated. They got to everything on the list and overall I was happy with the result. I would recommend this service as long as having an exact date/time of service isn't a deal-breaker for you.

Description of Work: They did the kitchen, bathrooms, tv room, bedroom, vacuumed, & my hardwood floors. They were great!! The only reason I havent scheduled my next cleaning & every two weeks cleaning is I'm waiting for things to slow down & my travel time to be less!! They were great & they were the best company I've used!! Thank you Prestine Cleaning!!!

Description of Work: I was moving so needed my house cleaned. The house was empty. They missed cleaning several places. They were supposed to be there an hour and twenty minutes but were only there an hour (should have looked at a watch). What they did clean was okay.

Description of Work: Melanies and Chelsie were absolutely fabulous. They were efficient, friendly and very thorough. I couldn't have been happier. The two ladies |are by far the best cleaners that I have ever had. Will definitely request them to come back again.

Description of Work: Did not finish the job within the 4 hour time frame (2 hours of two people). Broke an object on a shelf and left their number to call to replace it. Number did not work. Only cleaned 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms living room and partial kitchen in 4 labor hours.

Description of Work: Given as a gift to my daughter who was soon to have her first baby. Pristine Clean came on time, started to work right away on a list of things she had ready for them. Mostly bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc. This was a special Angie's List deal for $75 for 4 hours of residential house cleaning - they sent 3 people to clean for a total of 4 hours. The full price seemed expensive - I think it was $160? for four hours. I wouldn't have done it for $160. They outlined what they would not do in the offer. But the offer did say that they would clean "kitchen appliances", but my daughter was told on the phone that that meant "small kitchen appliances" such as a blender, toaster, etc. that sat on the kitchen countertop. Cleaning the oven would have been an extra $30. After we called and we were told this, Pristine Clean changed how "kitchen appliances" read in the offer to make it understood that it meant "small" kitchen appliances for anyone else who would want to take advantage of the offer. They would not clean out the inside of a fridge, do a thorough clenaing of an oven, etc., for this deal - - that would have been an extra cost. They were accommodating in that the oven was not that bad and they could do a general cleaning of it within the time allotted for the special deal. My daughter was please with that. | They were prompt, professional, very nice, and efficient. My daughter felt that they did a very good job for the price. |

Description of Work: The two women that came to clean we're very professional and did a nice job on the areas they were able to clean. My only criticism would be that when scheduling the appointments more information should be collected to ascertain whether 2 cleaners would be adequate for the job requested, or if they would perhaps recommend a longer timeframe or add another person ( at a higher charge). I would have very willing to pay more in order to have everything done that I had hoped. | |That being said, now I know and if I'm in a position to have house cleaners again, I would certainly hire Pristine Clean again.

Description of Work: Two employees cleaned my house. They were really pleasant and friendly and seemed genuinely invested in doing a great job for me. I'd purchased 4 hours of cleaning in advance and they needed a little more time than that to finish cleaning my home, but they were willing to stay a little longer, which I appreciated.

Description of Work: I used a groupon to check out the company; I am not sure what the standard service costs. I will use them again to see how they preform a second time though for the full price! The two cleaners were friendly. I had specific tasks to get done for a party and they completed that list. The one woman did a great job on my glass shower doors! There were just a few odds and ends that seemed to have been missed, most likely from a quick clean as the time limit was approaching and I have high expectations so that is why I rated this a B. They were a little late but a lot of people get lost coming to my house the first time so it wasn't a huge deal. I will use them again though and hope they preform just as well for "basic cleaning" or better:)

Description of Work: Both in my email and when they got here I told them I wanted them to focus on the woodwork in the kitchen and floors and didn't care about the living room or other rooms i.e limited their focus. It was an opportunity for them to renegotiate the price because their ad was clear that it may be considered extra. I also said I wanted things to sparkle and shine. | |While the damp mopped the wood floors they weren't necessarily clean they did not touch the woodwork and I am not sure they did anything in the bath and shower. | |It was hardly apparent they had been here. The only thing that I could see is that they damp mopped the one bath room.

Description of Work: Everything I requested except the 1/2 bath downstairs was t completely cleaned.
