They arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and started work right away after talking with me. I left and then went about their work. They did a good job and avoided the many foundation plantings, including some new plants. We were happy with the work they did.

My experience with them was good and I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

We have used Reflection Window Washing twice in the last year to clean the inside and outside of our windows. The first time was after our new windows were installed and they had a lot of construction dust on the outside that's hard to get off. We were so delighted with the results that we used them again this spring to clean both inside and outside of our windows. The owner (Bryan) and his crew demonstrated a commitment to excellence and were both respectful and careful in working inside and outside of our home. They work hard to make our windows look great - much better than we can clean them ourselves. They also work efficiently to get in and out in a relatively short time. I feel that the price was a great value. We also use Reflections for our outdoor Christmas lighting - again great service and great value. I highly recommend Reflections Window Washing.

I got an email suggesting that they would be shovel roof snow and give an estimate. I have a flat roof and have had some trouble in the past during heavy snow years. Bryan got right back to me with an estimate of $175, and was able to fit me in within a few days. He put some roof melt salt pucks on the ice dams to help them melt. He shoveled all the snow off my driveway and stairs and left a path for my dog in the back. He also took a video of the shoveled roof that he texted me so I could see his work.

They do a beautiful job cleaning the interior and exterior of the windows. I have impossible-to-reach, very large windows in my great room and on many sides of my home. It's great to get an annual cleaning of those windows. They must use very large ladders and I have elaborate planting and landscaping around my house. They have never damaged any of it and have reached all of the windows. We will schedule them again this year.

They were very responsive. We left the house while they cleaned and they reached out when they had questions and called us when they were done.

He did an excellent job, was very careful and took all his cleaning articles when he left. I will definitely use him whenever I need to have windows or blinds cleaned. He has become a permanent part of our cleaning crew.

This is the second time we have used Reflections and they did not disappoint. They showed up on time and did a great job. We thought they missed a window and they returned the next day to fix the problem and it turned out that the problem was on the inside pane (which they were not hired to wash). However, they came inside and cleaned the window for free! I would highly recommend this company.

After the house was built, there was a lot of residue and caulk left on the windows that we couldn't get off. Reflections does not use razors to take this off because aparently windows like ours (Marvin Integrity) can form spider webbing. They just use a soft cloth and a lot of patience. The windows look great. A team of 3 very respectful, kind, and careful cleaners did the job over a few hours. We had the windows cleaned inside and out as well as cleaning of the screens. Great service, very comfortable having them working in my house. Highly recommend them!

Crew was pleasant, estimate for extra work (beyond the Big Deal coupon) was clear and complete - no surprises, and the windows looked terrific. They left a towel at my home, I let them know, but they never returned to pick it up or responded to let me know what to do with it. All in all a great experience and I will use them again. Personable and professional. I do not remember exact price.
