It was a very positive experience. They were responsive to my overall vision it was skillfully executed. Extremely satisfied.

These guys are very skilled! They fit us into an already busy schedule so we didn't have to wait. We received their 25% discount on tile which helped the budget. On the morning they arrived, they immediately started demo. It was done in less than an hour. And they got one bathroom completely tiled in one day. The next day, the grouted, placed the vanity and the toilet. Done. They finished the upstairs bathroom in the same kind of timeframe. Another great thing about them was their ability to adapt to challenges. The vanity had to be altered due to the placement of existing plumbing. No problem for these guys. When one vanity was delayed, they came back the next day (Saturday) to install. We were wowed by the quality of service and the final product!

The install of the backsplash was done great. They were very easy to work with and professional. I was even able to text them to coordinate everything because I could send them photos and have response times be very quick. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have kitchen backsplash installed.

We had a small basement bathroom floor to tile. I removed the old floor and Dmitry and Alex put in the new one. I did put in my review a B for price because it was higher than my lowest bid. That said in this sector of small jobs you can barely get people to notice you. I put out 15 inquires. Even the guy who gave me the low bid would not answer me back. Dmitry reply back immediately. Once I said yes and asked for a date he hit the date and first thing that day. On the third day they were going to set the toilet but they had something came up. Instead of push off this last piece for a day or even weeks he ask me if i had some later time in the day and they would rush over to finish. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! My small job got the same respect as a much larger one. I did get value for what i paid. We love the floor and would have them back for anything else we would need. I have given a business card out already.

The shower remodel went well The shower was bigger than normal with little complications. Impressed with final workmanship . My wife and I loved the finished shower . Area was cleaned up nightly.

My Wife and I are currently remodeling our home and we were looking to find someone to tile our two bathrooms and backsplash. I called cutting edge and they come out next day. They are a Father and Son operation. Let me say they did a fantastic job! Our master bathroom is a highlight of the home. Dmitriy (the son) is responsive. Every time I called or texted he pick up everytime. My Wife and I both work and we felt very comfortable leaving them in our home and our Dog Shelby even hung out with them. If you are looking to have any tile work done, look to Cutting Edge first!

I am very happy with it and get lots of compliments. It is poppin. I trusted them also. It took awhile to find the color grout I wanted they did find it and came back to finish the job. so I would say it was finished in a timely manner. I was not in a hurry however.

Dmitry was very professional and thorough. He always answered my calls and texts immediately. He and his crew were neat, timely and did a great job. I am extremely happy with the work they did.
